Gorgeous views, plenty of space for our family of 4. Close to restaurants and easy booking/checkin/out process. Definitely recommend!

Blessed in Indiana
Great property with beautiful views and all the comforts of home. We had a great stay and always stay on Okaloosa Island. Convenient to the fun and excitement of Destin but more laid back and quiet. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise!

Pelican Isle
Wonderful location, short trip to Destin as well as Navarre pier and Pensacola. The view from the balcony is amazing as are the pool and hot tub area. Very clean and would highly recommend for a family or friends vacation.

1 year anniversary trip
It was absolutely beautiful! I enjoyed being away from Destin but close enough! The beds were soooo comfy and the balcony view was outstanding! We will definitely come back to this condo!

Great condo with a cozy atmosphere.
This property was very clean and is laid out well. One of the best features of this condo is the segregated master bedroom. It is quiet, cozy and comfortable! The balcony has a great view too! Highly recommended!

Awesome location
Great beach access. Beach isn’t as busy as a lot of other parts of Destin. Beautiful view. Short drive to a number of restaurants.
Our family of five fit comfortably In this unit with room to spare. Awesome views from the balcony. Great parking and easy access.

Great deal on clean beachfront unit
Wonderful week in the Gulf. Property staff were polite and everything was easily accessible. Our room layout was great for 2 families and everything was clean. The kitchen was decently stocked (we always bring most of our kitchen needs) for the usual beach goer.
View was amazing. Beach chairs and umbrella was an great plus too!

Perfect place for family vacay!
Condo was perfect! The extra room in the master bedroom was a major factor for us and our two kids. We had plenty of space for everyone! It was clean and had all the essentials needed for a week’s stay. (I would add a few more bath towels for future guests but we just washed them every other day)
The location was perfect on the beach, beach service was amazing, and restaurants were close by! We will stay here again! Great place to relax and recharge!

Above and beyond our expectations
We had an absolute blast! The property was SUPER clean and provided everything that we could have needed. Our stay was 7 nights. We had our 4 children and we also brought my parents. There was more than enough room for all of us and we were so sad when it was time to go home. We even had some friends that we met while we were there come in and check out the room and they couldn't believe how much nicer it was than their room. Top notch and we fully intend on staying here again.

Heated pool and hot tub
We were here for Spring Break and the weather was mid sixties and little to no sun. Despite that, we enjoyed the beach with chair service. The condo had an extra chair for our child we put out ourselves. The condo was well equipped with standard amenities including a keurig. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated well.

Nice location next to the beach
The property was extremely clean. Could use another blanket or 2. And new furniture. This was our major complaint. The furniture in the living room was not that comfortable. We spent a lot of time there due to the weather It was adequate

Pelican Bay is a nice clean facility. We chose it partly because it is a non-smoking facility. I have severe asthma. The non-smoking rules are not enforced. I wasn’t able to enjoy the balcony due to the smokers & vapors below our unit. The maintenance workers were very professional and friendly.

We booked this condo at very last minute. We were exceptionally pleased with the quality, size, and cleanliness of the unit. The boardwalk to the beach was very short & easy. There were nice clean restrooms at the pool. The included chairs were so nice to have. Downsides - living room is not very big if you had a large family. Absolutely ZERO cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, etc. there are multiple tvs in the unit, but we were unable to figure out how to work more than 1 tv at a time for some reason. Overall, condo was great! Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo. We enjoyed our week. The parking was good. Condo was clean. Beach was beautiful. The chair guy was awesome. The only thing that would have made the week better was new sofa and chairs. They are worn out and very uncomfortable. We would definitely stay again if the furniture was replaced.

Condo was wonderful. The people sharing the units were not friendly. I will not rent another condo at Pelican Isle. The people managing the units were creepy. Just not a friendly atmosphere.
