Heated pool and hot tub

We were here for Spring Break and the weather was mid sixties and little to no sun. Despite that, we enjoyed the beach with chair service. The condo had an extra chair for our child we put out ourselves. The condo was well equipped with standard amenities including a keurig. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated well.

Great condo with a cozy atmosphere.

This property was very clean and is laid out well. One of the best features of this condo is the segregated master bedroom. It is quiet, cozy and comfortable! The balcony has a great view too! Highly recommended!

Wonderful location, short trip to Destin as well as Navarre pier and Pensacola. The view from the balcony is amazing as are the pool and hot tub area. Very clean and would highly recommend for a family or friends vacation.

The property was extremely clean. Could use another blanket or 2. And new furniture. This was our major complaint. The furniture in the living room was not that comfortable. We spent a lot of time there due to the weather It was adequate

Great condo in a great location!

We had a great stay (7 days) in this condo. Upon entering, it had a slight smell (I did notate this is my “first impressions” survey). I’m unsure if it was something the previous renters cooked or what, it was a slight musty odor, nothing air freshener couldn’t fix. Another bummer was that they were fixing something in the garage, so the personal parking spot was not usable for us during our stay. There are two large and spacious rooms with a comfy chair in the master. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom with tub and built in shower. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The bunks in the hallway were perfect for my 3 kids (5, 8 and 10, two kids shared the top bunk) they used the smaller bathroom, with the smaller bedroom (cat and jack doors). I LOVED the washer and dryer, great set. There are two beach chairs included also, which was great. The view from the balcony overlooks the huge swimming pool and the view of the beach was awesome. The pool was heated, as described, and felt great with the chill in the air. This condo has easy access to the beach and isn’t a far drive from town. There were also games and the TVs are smart TVs, so we were able to log into our apps easily. Coffee pot, dishes and pots/pans were all in great shape. This condo was well taken care of. Overall we had a great stay and would rent again! Thank you!

Perfect place for family vacay!

Condo was perfect! The extra room in the master bedroom was a major factor for us and our two kids. We had plenty of space for everyone! It was clean and had all the essentials needed for a week’s stay. (I would add a few more bath towels for future guests but we just washed them every other day) The location was perfect on the beach, beach service was amazing, and restaurants were close by! We will stay here again! Great place to relax and recharge!

Great deal on clean beachfront unit

Wonderful week in the Gulf. Property staff were polite and everything was easily accessible. Our room layout was great for 2 families and everything was clean. The kitchen was decently stocked (we always bring most of our kitchen needs) for the usual beach goer. View was amazing. Beach chairs and umbrella was an great plus too!

CLEAN AND RELAXING

My family has not been on vacation for 4 years. So needless to say we needed a relaxing trip. This condo and the whole experience was beyond words. Home away from home

Great experience! Ample amount of space. Would stay here again. A only dislike was the way the beach service set up chairs and umbrellas. Past years have been in a straight line, this year was a U shape. Not all chairs were beach front. The facility and condo were great!!
