Spring break

Condo was great for our stay. Plenty of room for our us...2 adults, 2 teens. Loved being able to see the pool area from the balcony. Included beach service was very convenient.

Great beach condo

Condo was clean. Great location! Perfect for 2 adults and 4 kids. Walk to beach was the shortest we’ve ever had. Beaches were beautiful and free condo chairs were a plus! Our girls also enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking—rentals were right in front of condo!

Excellent Condo

Great condo; beautiful beach; loved the elevator and rolling luggage carts so we made one trip for unloading and loading car; perfect beach chairs and umbrella service provided…. Wonderful!!!!!

Nice view

Our family of 6 enjoyed the stay. Good view of the gulf from the balcony. Watched a bunch of dolphins one of the mornings. The pool is right over the balcony so it’s easy to keep an eye on the kids if needed. The condo was actually ready 2-3 hours early. We weren’t in town yet but it was still a nice gesture. Overall it was a nice place on a somewhat chill island

Fantastic Unit!

I just completed a very relaxing four days at this property. The view is wonderful and the unit was very comfortable. I had everything I needed made available by the condo owners which was much appreciated. The master bed was super comfortable and the staff located on the property were very helpful and friendly- especially “mister Al”. The pool was spotless and beach access very convenient. Lots of parking was available and I greatly appreciated the carts for transporting my belongings! Seamless rental- Would gladly stay here again!

Nice condo

Very nice condo. It is right above pool so was pretty loud at night when pool was full. If you went to front of condo in bedroom you couldn’t hear pool just loud in living room area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking process was simple and straightforward. All costs were known up front. The customer reps were very helpful when needed. The rental unit was clean and well kept. The only issue was a broken leg on one of the chairs for the dining table. We discovered it on our first full day and reported such to Brooks & Shorey via a phone call. The only property issue was one of the elevators was not working. Wait times were longer but not significant. I would recommend this management firm and property.

We received timely emails, and phone calls, that kept us up to date but at the same time did not smother our inboxes. Once there the room was clean with a great view of the beach. I am a coffee drinker and was pleased to see a coffee maker that took both ground coffee and K-pods even though it wasn't described as such.Over all, I would stay at Pelican Isle again and use Brooks and Shorey again.

The good: - Great location, Nice Staff, Very Flexible The Bad: - Cleanliness was an issue - Bedsheets were likely not changed, full of sand - Dirty dishes in the cabinets - It looks like the air filter has never been changed, the room had a musty odor to it.
