Wonderful location on the beach. Very roomy! The parking onsite can be tight and fills up quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Condo is in a great location. This particular area is not as busy as the Gulf Shores area. The pool was very nice. The condo was very clean on arrival. Will definitely be back.

Needs attention!

Stove top and floors were not clean. Stove hood light was burnt out - my husband had to go to hardware store to purchase a bulb to replace it. Paint, baseboards and Sheetrock were dated and had areas peeling. NO ICE MAKER!! Dishes, pots & pans were all mixed up in different cabinets. Only a couple of dish towels- had to buy more! No dish drain - bought one and left it there! Can opener was broken, Knife block had red sauce splattered all along the side of it. Freezer rack bent in freezer, AC vent old & looked rusty. Fans in middle and master room were so noisy, my husband had to adjust the base of fans. The handle on toilet in master was loose - my husband had to work on that as well. The sliding glass door to balcony drags - kids could not open & close on their own. I called Beach Vacation Rentals about a couple of things - they said they'd send someone- but no one ever came. This unit did not measure up to other units we've stayed in past years - for similar rates!! We love staying at Spanish Key, but would not rent or recommend this particular unit. Disappointed

Beautiful Water and Beach

Check in and check out was super easy all done via email and Vacasa App on I-phone. Water was super clear and calm while we were there. Beach is clean and not crowded at all. This condo is located right by the elevators. This may be convenient for some or a problem for others. We have 2 young children who we put to bed early....between 7 and 8 pm. The rooms that they stayed in are right by the walkway which just happened to be where the elevators are. Needless to say, it was very noisy all hours of the night and our kids did not sleep very well even with sound machines. The washing machine is not working properly. It stops mid-cycle. If you use it, just manually set it to spin. You may have to do it twice to get the clothes where the dryer will dry them. Luckily the only thing we had to wash was towels. The DVD players in the living room did not work. The TV in one of our kid's rooms came on by itself at all hours of the night. I had to turn it off at the power strip. There is beach service offered, but only the "director's chair" type chairs, not the benches. Parking is tight. Luckily we brought my wife's Odyssey this time. We usually bring our 3/4 ton crewcut 4WD truck. It would have been very tight parking it. The overflow parking across the street is actually sort of caddy corner to the complex and is not very convenient. The condo only offered the bare essentials so bring or prepare to buy EVERYTHING that you need. We have been spoiled in the past because for the last several years, we stayed at the same condo year after year at another condo complex that had everything that you could imagine...beach towels, kid's toys, DVDs, books, beach toys, puzzles, games, fishing supplies, beach chairs, netflix, coffee, water, sunscreen, etc, etc. Unfortunately the owner sold the condo and we were notified at Christmas time by the owner herself that it sold, and this was about all we could find. I would probably not stay at this property again unless is was a last resort. Although, we love VRBO and Vacasa and will continue to use their services!!

Great stay

Wonderful experience with smooth arrival and departure process. The apartment was clean, quiet and more spacious than I though it would be. The balcony feels very private without clear line of sight to neighbors or adjacent buildings. Would absolutely come back!

Incorrect information

I was under the impression as it states on the actual website when booking the condo that we were staying in a 3 bedroom condo. First room a king bed, 2nd a king bed, and 3rd 2 queens. The 3rd room did not have 2 queens. It had 2 full beds. We had to go out and buy an air mattress to fit everyone comfortably. This was my first time booking with this company and I am very disappointed with the accuracy from the website. If I would have known that the information I was given directly on the website I would not have booked this condo. Other problems were minuscule but still annoying including the ice maker did not work and smelled horrible as well as the bottom of the dishwasher and the master tub were falling off. Again, I am extremely disappointed in the false adverstising on the bed size. It should be changed before someone else books this condo.

Winter weekend getaway

Clean, spacious condo with a beautiful view. We would definitely recommend staying here. My only recommendations: add a hair dryer, and allow a wider range on the thermostat.

Great Condo, but Does Not Sleep 10

We booked this condo for a multi-family trip to Orange Beach. We had 9 adults, so we specifically searched for condos that could sleep 10. This one looked perfect, but upon arrival, we found that the sofa was not the one pictured, and it was not a sleeper. Two of our adults had to sleep on the floor. Also, there is a photo of a bedroom in the listing that does not exist in this condo. I contacted Wyndham, who was in charge of check-ins, and they assured me that I would hear from the manager, but I never did. The check-in process was also not ideal. The instructions were unclear, and after speaking with a resident at the property, we figured out that we had to drive to a separate building down the street to check in. It was a bit of a hassle, especially if you check-in after hours (the supplied telephone that you have to use does not work). Overall, the condo was nice and in good condition. The view was great (although be aware that the balcony is not shaded during the day), and the location was close to everything we needed. This would likely be a 5-star review, if not for the sleeping arrangements and hassle with Wyndham.
