Enjoyed our Stay

With two young children it was so nice being right on the beach for easy access! Check-in & check-out were so easy. The condo was very nice and great place to stay. I had one minor issue upon arrival which Li took care of immediately. Li is so prompt with anything you need which made our vacation so enjoyable.

Family vacation due to Dance Nationals!

We had to visit due to dance but we are so glad!!! Glad I was able to find this lovely home while looking for a place for us to stay! My kids and I traveled with my mom and my sister and this home accommodated us perfectly! The owners are extremely nice and great to communicate with! We had absolutely no issues whatsoever!

Excellent stay!

Very comfortable place to stay with family of 5. In fact our most comfortable trip ever I think! Beds actually have firm mattresses so no achy backs all week. Bunks plenty of room, even for tallish 11 year old. Will definitely stay again if come here in the future!

Spring Break

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Extra beach chairs and toys was a plus. The owner was very responsive and proactive. She made sure we had a great time and even though we had zero issues, I know she would have taken care of it if we did.

Was ok. For the price, I’d rather find something else next trip that matches price w/ expectations

Check in was nice and easy. Total plus. Same with check out. Upon arrival, when we walked in the condo smelled. There was just never a clean smell, in fact, it stunk. Turning on the tv for the first time, blaring spanish music came on. Short a TV remote so you had to go grab one from a different room, but if people where in the rooms at night you had to go intrude to borrow the remote. The water pressure for showers was horrible, made it very hard for any female to wash their hair. Two coffee machines, the regular one had filter and old grinds in it from last time and an unwashed pot. I was wanting to use the kurig because that’s what I was use to however that was a mess! The machine leaks everywhere. Disappointing as the one thing you want to enjoy was a nice cup of joe on the balcony looking at the beach. Received a notice while we were there that the water would be shut off one of the mornings from 8am-10am for repairs in the bldg which is right at breakfast/getting ready for the day time so pretty inconvenient as well. When I went to get in my bed not only could I feel sand on my sheets already before I even got in the bed but I had to take the comforter of because I found a nasty brown spot on it. I thought no biggie cause I’ll just use the lighter throw blanket they have on the end of the bed instead, well when I pulled up that blanket it had some of the same kind of brown spills on it as well. I went to go wash at least the lighter blanket so I could use it, and when I got to the washer it was so gross. There was so much gunk on the door. I had to get out my sanitizing wipes and start to clean what I could just to have something to sleep with. Again, a little disappointing as we were about to be there for a week. I definitely needed coffee and laundry!

Great time at Waterscape!

Our family had a great time staying at waterscape. The condo was just as described and the amenities were awesome! The location is very convenient to the convention center which we were there for and to numerous local restaurants. Would stay again.

Great property and excellent communication

Li was great to work with!!! Communication was excellent. She checked in daily. I personally liked this location bc we could use the stairs and not have to wait for the elevator. Has a decent view and very close to the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property and location!

This was our first time using VRBO and our first trip to the Destin area and it was an amazing experience! The condo was clean and well stocked with things like dishes, towels, etc. It was very roomy and relaxing. The check in process and stay were all super easy - Li gave us very clear and easy to follow directions and suggestions for the stay. The communication was so easy - we never had an problems, but I'm certain that of we did, Li would have immediately resolved them. The condo was in a great location as far as the view and the proximity to the beach and the pools. Our family had a wonderful time with and would highly recommend A207 at Waterscapes!

Wonderful stay

Check in and check out were very simple. The property owner reached out to me to make sure all was well and we didn’t have any issues, she responds quickly to messages. The condo was clean, description and photos are accurate. We will be back !

Wonderful property, wonderful view. Great mix of busy and secluded.

This unit was wonderful. Nicely decorated, well equipped for our needs (and likely everyone else's). Every appliance/pot/pan I could possibly hope for was there, 2 different kinds of coffee makers. We didn't need them, but there was an air mattress and a pack-n-play in the closets. The unit was very accommodating. Nice view of the ocean from your room without the noise of some of the interior rooms, it was practically silent on our balcony. Balcony furniture very comfortable, much better than we've had at other Waterscape units. Many naps were had on the balcony. Great TV setups in every room, much better than many other units offer. Internet quality was very good. Bunk room bedroom door was a great addition. Host was very good with communications. Li wanted to ensure we were comfortable in our unit and was quite resposive. 10 out of 10, will seek out this unit again.

Quick Escape

We needed a quick break from the cold Michigan weather and this place is amazing. Everything is as pictured and the beach/pool are very close to the condo. Great places to eat within walking distance on the beach. Our kids loved the bunk room!

Beautiful Condo

207A was one of the nicest condos we went into at Waterscape this past weekend. We were down attending a wedding at Anglers Beachside Grill. It has a small view of the ocean, is in convenient walking location of several stores, restaurants, etc. The pool amenities are great and you are right on the beach. Li was an amazing host, very quick to answer and questions and made sure we were comfortable.

Wonderful Place to Stay and Play

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this immaculately kept property. From modern appliances with a well-stocked kitchen (utensils) to king size beds, extra comfy living room chairs, and big screen TVs – it had everything we needed and more! The included deluxe beach package was a very nice touch! It provided daily kayak or paddleboard usage in addition to chairs and umbrella on the beach. We used the kayak almost every and got to see dolphins and sea turtles so close you could touch them. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great amenities

Lovely condo. The variety of pools is fabulous for kids. The condo has everything you need for your whole stay (except groceries). We ran to the store the first day and then cooked most meals in the room. I contacted the owner the first day about a small upkeep (broken toilet handle) and she was prompt to get back with me. The beds are quite comfortable which is a huge bonus when traveling! I would definitely recommend this condo.

Amazing owner and fun vacation!

Li went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. Very communicative and helpful. Li answered all my questions promptly and gave a detailed response when asked for nearby family friendly restaurants and attractions. We have stayed at several VRBO properties and this was by far the best experience as far as the owner. We had family in two other condos on the same floor that were owned by a different management and Li definitely provided the most detailed check in/out instructions, map of the property, local attractions, and more information to make sure our stay went well. The condo is clean, beds are super comfortable, kitchen is well stocked and the extra beach chairs were definitely appreciated! An amazing family vacation!!
