We are seniors ladies that stayed a week at this property. The unit is large with 3 bedrooms/3 baths. The ocean view is spectacular! We loved the large well equipped kitchen, massive couch and large dining table. The location is great and beaches not overly crowded. We were a little disappointed we could not use our beach. tent unless we moved to another area on the beach but it was not a deal breaker.We enjoyed the 2 balconies.The staff was friendly and very helpful.The amenities are good/especially the pool area.There are some things which, in our opinion, need improvement. The unit needs a thorough deep cleaning. There are a couple of plumbing issues which need to be addressed-we have communicated this to the owner.The owner did respond to questions in a timely manner and the check-in process was easy.

Unbelievable views, great location, super easy access to the beach, comfortable furniture, very nice decor, and great pool. Few appliance glitches but easy communication with the owner. Elevator was very loud in the condo; that was reported to the main office who will get that taken care of.Would definitely rent this condo again.

I recently stayed at this beachfront condo, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Here are some of the major issues I encountered:- **Loud Construction**: There was ongoing construction that created constant noise, making it hard to relax and enjoy the stay. - **Black Mold**: I found black mold in the water dispenser of the fridge, which is a serious health concern and should be addressed immediately. - **Closed Balcony**: The balcony was closed off, which was frustrating since it was one of the main reasons I chose this place.- **Unsafe Pool Light**: The pool light was falling out, posing a safety hazard for everyone using the pool area.- **Loud Elevator**: The elevator was not only loud but also felt unsafe, which was concerning during my stay.- **Beach Access Issues**: I was unable to use the canopy or umbrella on the beach access provided for the condos, which really took away from the beach experience.Overall, I expected a much better experience given the location and amenities. I hope these issues are addressed so future guests can have a more enjoyable stay.

View was best part of stay. We loved location and beach acess. Did have beach chairs and toys available. Room was nice and plenty of space. Owner responded quickly to any questions.Painting caulking and other work being done on balconies, so unable to use at times. Construction ongoing and noisy early morning hours.Needs a deep cleaning, but cant beat this view!

Great view and Communication

The property was perfect. We decided to do a random trip with the whole fam including my father. Getting in is easy and we didn't even need a parking pass. The beach was beautiful and the pool was easy to access. I had a few little things like the wifi (on the fridge) but the owner got back to me so fast I couldn't complain if I wanted too. We loved it and would definitely go back.

Nice view but not the best stay

Unfortunately, this was by far the worst vacation stay we have had yet. The unit has a beautiful view but the unit was far from clean. After 6 months of treating my health condition, we really needed some time away and wanted to relax. We spent the first day, cleaning up a little so that I could have a safe/ clean environment to relax. The building is under construction and they began bagging at 7 each morning. The pool was closed the full trip as it was being treated with chemicals. The elevator noise was just to much to handle and we found ourselves going out shopping instead of sitting around relaxing.

The trip overall was very goodThe host was very nice and let us check in an hour or 2 early since we arrived earlyThe property was great and staff were very niceI wouldve rated all 5 stars but the refrigerator was horrible and smelled like rotten tuna fish and the washer and dryer were not very good eitherAll in all it was a great trip and will book with them again but only if they promise to fix those issues

Amazing views, but…

First off, the view of the Gulf is stunning. Condo was spacious, with just about every appliance you might need. Utensils were plentiful but poorly organized. The check-in instructions said there were plenty of cutting boards; there were none. Also missing were dish cloths and kitchen towels. The ice maker didn’t work. The pool was broken. Some appliances were dirty. Some kitchen drawers had food residue in them. Advertised as a “luxury” penthouse. Plastic plants and assorted, random jungle animal statues make not “luxury”.

Great place!!

This place was everything we hoped it would be! The floor to ceiling windows gives the best Gulf views! The decor is fun and colorful. Every morning we sat on the balcony to watch the sun rise and the dolphins swim. Great size kitchen! Plenty of seating! Plenty of restaurants just minutes away! Host was very friendly. Can’t wait to book another trip!

Great Views

We had an amazing time at Perdido Key! The views from the living room and the bedroom are amazing! The kitchen was nicely appointed and had plenty of room! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was fantastic! The beach was awesome. Only really crowded on the weekend. Tenting a chair and umbrella for the week was super easy! Communication with the property owner was great! He recommended areas to see the Blue Angels practice! Our only negative was the elevator noise in the master bedroom! It’s not something that would make us not stay here again, it just took a day or two to get used to it. We are light sleepers and live in the country where it’s very quiet! It would definitely love to visit again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fun Aesthetic Condo

Gorgeous views of the beach

Condo has fabulous views and I feel listing is accurate . Yes, it has a small balcony - but that’s how the condo is built. I did miss a large balcony . We cooked in the condo and also used the grills with no problems. Communication with owner was spot on! The only small issue was the master bedroom never felt as cool as I like. I was warm most nights Rest of condo was great! Condo decor was unique with normal wear and tear on furniture . We totally enjoyed our stay

Beautiful Views with private boat dock and launch

Our family (ages 3-56) had a fantastic time. The property is as described. The beach is beautiful. For the most part it seemed visitors kept it clean of trash. It is the first time our family has vacationed in this part of the gulf, so the water was rougher than we had hoped for our 3 yr old grandson. The water was beautiful and there was a sandbar not far off shore. The beach is built up pretty high so it’s a bit of a drop off into the water. The pool area was great! Very well maintained and bathrooms were clean and stocked. The towers seem to shade the pool at the hottest parts of the day so it was nice for our grandson to be able to enjoy the pool without the worries of wearing a sun hat and swim shirt. Plenty of chairs for our girls to soak in the sun. The condo was the penthouse. It was quiet and only person we ever seen on our floor was the gentleman cleaning the hall and stair well. Never a long wait for the elevator. Other reviews have mentioned the sound of the elevator being in the master bedroom. It truly was not a bother. It was a low rumble and never once woke us or our grandson. It is strange the condo was designed without that consideration but it did not disturb our time there. Perdido Key was lovely. The Naval Museum was a must, especially with a little boy who loves all things transportation. Owner was awesome answering all our questions leading up to visit. A few upgrades to the condo would make the condo TOP notch and I will send to owner directly.

Thank you for letting us stay for our 2nd annual family beach vacation. We used to go to Destin (for over 30 years) but it got way too busy so we took action, did research and found Perdido Towers-it's a slice of HEAVEN and the owner, David is FABULOUS to work with. I'm already booking for next year.

Family vacation

The property is smaller, which equates to the beach isn’t crowded! The beach service and property staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. Having the penthouse made the condo very quiet, as no one else was on our floor. The condo is spacious with plenty of room for our family.
