We have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints. Always clean, well appointed and comfortable. Very stylish without being stuffy. I am not concerned with bringing my small grandchildren here. The host is very responsive to inquiries. My family and I look forward to visiting each year. Lovely place to stay.

We had a great stay. The beach was beautiful as usual. This condo was perfect for us. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was much bigger than I was expecting, no mirrors covering the walls to make it appear larger. The condo was spotless upon arrival and the check in and communication with the owner was easy. The closet of toys and beach chairs was a big plus. If you are considering this condo, go for it, you won’t be disappointed. Hopefully we’ll be back to Perdido Key and if we do, we’ll stay here again.

Probably the best condo we’ve ever rented. No shortage of toys, chairs, bathrooms etc… if you are traveling with your family this is the perfect setup. Allen the owner was helpful with an unrelated issue( car stuff) and his recommendations for places to eat were great. I would highly recommend staying here

Compared to other 5 star properties

Biggest issue is the parking. Only 1 spot allowed for a 3 bedroom unit. It’s not the owner’s fault but when the building was built. Still a big issue though. I would’ve given a 3 star review for the issue we had with macerating master bathroom toilet constantly disturbing our sleep. But, the owner said he was going to fix the problem. If the toilet gets fixed and you have only 1 car I would recommend this condo.

Great family trip 2024

Loved the unit!!! Beautiful very comfortable and clean. Rooms are large and well appointed. The kitchen was great. We cooked a few times and it was easy no need to purchase pots or pans. The only things that were not great is out of the owners control. 1) the pool was closed the entire week. 2) only one parking spot per unit. We did love the unit more than these 2 icons we will be back.

Return to Paradise

Having lived in Pensacola for 15 years from 2001-2015, we know all the sweet spots. But, we had never stayed in Perdido Key. This spot was lovely, a smaller condominium (only 7 floors) than most, it was nice not to have to deal with a crowd. We had only one dislike in the unit itself - the “macerating” toilet in the master bathroom. It was loud, annoying and even spontaneously active. Other than that, the condo is gorgeous, very tastefully and amply outfitted. We were confused about the many remote controls in the living room, but settled on the Roku. (Watching a screen is sort of sinful when the view outside is so stunning, anyway.) That Allen provides 2 beach chairs and an umbrella is really nice. We were very happy, relaxed during our weeklong return to this slice of paradise. Thank you, Allen Pool!

Fantastic condo

This is one of the cleanest and comfortable condos in all the years we have been coming to the Gulf of Mexico. Sparkling clean, well appointed furnishings and gorgeous views from the balcony. There was never a wait for the elevators. Allen was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. The kitchen is easy to cook in and all necessary equipment.

Awesome stay

Awesome family vacation on the beach. Condo is as advertised. Great location on the 4th floor. Newly renovated with a great master bath. Didn’t need to bring anything for the kitchen. Lots of pots and pans and sharing spices is a great idea. Fish market just a few miles away as is a Publix. Allen was great and gave use easy directions and answered any questions we had. There is an outside storage closet with lots of beach gear and the best part is the rental of the condo comes with rental chairs.

Clean, comfortable, and homey

We enjoyed our time at this property. The instructions were clear. The only question coming in was parking for the second vehicle and the owner even called to make sure we knew how to approach this. For us, it is a good size of building, enough amenities, but now a huge volume of people. The owner having access provided for chair and umbrella were a nice touch. The outdoor closet had other beach goodies available for the kids (young and old). Great family time together.
