It was a nice condo, but could use acouple of touch ups like new screen doors. I have stayed here twice now and it was in a nice location.

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Islander. Our accommodations were just what we needed with beautiful Gulf of Mexico views. The white sand beach was amazing and Ian, our beach attendant, was outstanding! Condo in low-key area, but close to restaurants, grocery store and more. Looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful place- everything was great. The unit air conditioning broken, warm inside. Hannah took the phone call and was extremely helpful and very professional. Ac company equally professional ! Unfortunately, we had a sick kid inside and felt a little awkward with having someone in the unit because it did take him all day to fix. I feel like someone should check during cleaning that all that is in working order. Especially since you check in so late on the first day. But honestly- Hannah was fantastic.

Best vacation in 3 years!

Though circumstances were difficult…family burial…broken ankle…we truly enjoyed our stay! So much so that plans were being made before we even left! Family is important to us! It was just what we all needed!

Great family place.

Overall, this is a great condo and will definitely return to it. It is very spacious for our family of 7, and plenty of beds. A couple of thoughts to better accommodate future guests, kitchen is not well stocked with utensils. Dishwasher needs updating. Found the coffee table had a broken leg when tried to move it to use sofa bed, and arm of dinning room chair is broken. Also, carpet in living room needed to be vacuumed.

UP UP Vacation

Beautiful condo, location perfect for reading books, listening to the waves, and the balcony cover keeps dry even in a storm. Be careful going from inside to balcony. The threshold is much taller than you expect. We got in a habit of laughing while saying "UP UP"! It's a toe stumping kind of threshold. It's main purpose is to keep the home sealed during storms/hurricanes. We put a red object in front of it to remind us to step high. It could use glow in the dark caution on it. UP UP is now a fun reminder of our great vacation!

Property is very nice. The view is great. The only issue we had was the oven was not working. Found out this was a known problem that was not fixed. Also, dishwasher missing roller on bottom tray. Did not always release soap and clean dishes. Stove was replaced after I called.

Very pleased with the area the condo was in. The condo was one of the cleanest I have been in. Plenty of room. The children’s books were a hit with the 1 year old. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the bathroom shower fixtures. Not much pressure.

Gorgeous Condo

First of all let me say the layout of this condo is fabulous for a family of 7. We all had our privacy and plenty of room while we were in the condo. The only thing I would say is it needs new couches. The pull out couch that was advertised was broken and we had to call Brooks and Shorey who quickly brought us a roll away bed. Overall we LOVED the condo and would reccommend renting this condo.

Great olace

We enjoyed the location & the space. The beds were a nicely firm but not too hard. Loved having 3 bathrooms & the bedrooms were good sized. Parking was easy & nice access to the beach & beach chairs. Would definitely return in the future.

Absolutely beautiful condo in perfect condition w/amazing view!

I was contacted by email, told how to get ahold of them thro the app. They sent me everything needed to check in when we arrived. Condo was perfect for our family. The only down side was the ugly traffic going onto the island, but that is in no way their fault. They supplied extra of everything needed and the only thing needed for the kitchen...was the food lol. We will definitely use this location and Brooks and Shory when we come back.

Easy stay

We loved The Islander. The beach service was awesome, condo was clean and supplied with everything we needed, and pool was clean and large enough to accommodate several families. Furniture in living room could stand to be updated but otherwise we loved 5003.
