Bed bugs
Not acceptable after a 8 hour drive and unpacking including groceries, at 11 pm going to bed we discovered bed bugs it was horrible. We called the host management and we had to move to another unit in the middle of the night (pack again) we were only able to stay that night because that unit was reserved the next day. The next day we had to pack our car again and moved to a totally different complex and unpack again. The complex was not acceptable as it was totally different from what we originally reserved and wanted, but we different have a choice. The only thing the host manager would do is allow us one free night because of the situation. We appreciate that but 2 days of moving and a place we didn’t like is unacceptable. Be aware and I would not recommend renting from this management company. I hopefully it was exterminated before anyone else rented that room after us.
