Our condo was not ready at check-in kinda frustrating after driving so far and needing early check in also.. it was very nice area short walk to the beach and very few people everything was very clean the lighting is a little odd some works on switches wish there would have been a kureg for coffee

The condo was easy to access and a great location to relax for a few days. Everything was clean and prepared for us on arrival. Communication with the mgmt. company was very good both before, during our stay and upon check out. The kitchen appliances could use a little update, but all were used without problem. The balcony was great. It had a wonderful view of the gulf and was spacious enough to accommodate a table.and chairs, as well as other porch type chairs. Overall, our stay was a great experience.

Condo was perfect. right on the beach and easy to get to. There were a few very Mnor things that might need to get repaired but nothing that would affect the quality of your stay.

Great location no water pressure stay elsewhere!

The unit is big and clean and great big balcony and right on the water. The major issue is there is no water pressure. You can barely run a shower and you cannot run 2 things at once. You cannot flush a toilet and run a sink. Or run a sink in one bathroom and kitchen sink. You cannot run a tub and your laundry does not come clean. Dishwasher barely works. With beach sand and salt water showers are important and you simply can’t get clean in this unit. With a family it is very hard to stay here till it gets fixed. We repeatedly called the management company for them to ignore us for days and finally say it is the building problem not theirs. We will not stay here again and advise against it for anyone else till it is repaired. Which is a shame because we would have come back year over year but we will go somewhere else. There have been several reviews complaining about this but it is much worse in person. Do not stay in this building till repaired

Perfect Beach Get-a-Way

We stayed here prior to Thanksgiving to have a place that could have access to the beach and be close to the Navy base and this fit the bill perfectly. Lots of places to check out on the key and easy to get to Pensacola if you need to. Our place was clean and cutely decorated.

Right on the beach, great view, big balcony, loved master bed & shower! Chairs on patio are broken & need replacing. Remote in master does not work for anything but channel. Need ice trays!
