Spinnaker 1D was perfect for our girls beach trip! The beach condo itself was absolutely perfect - beautiful location, great amenities, and exactly what we were looking for. Short walk to the beach. Unfortunately, the guest services experience didn’t live up to the rest of it - we found them to be unhelpful. Besides that, the condo & beach was perfect!

Great spot for family beach vacation

Overall, great location and stay. A few small things would have made it better, like a few days’ of coffee service to get us started, salt and pepper and a few things in the kitchen, and an additional laundry pod given that we were required to wash the beach towels before departure, which used up the only laundry supplies that were included. The counter ice machine was a great add, but it did have an issue where it dumped out all over the floor when we used it. Other than those minor things, a great property and we hope to be back.

Excellent accommodations

We loved this condo. Very comfortable and clean. Beds were excellent. (Where can I buy the bed spread and blanket?) Soap and shampoo available in bathrooms was a nice perk. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great patio furniture. Thank you for a great vacation.

Great getaway!

The condo is located in a quiet area. Great and easy access to the non-crowded beach! Bed was comfortable and the condo was clean!

On the beach

Was great! We walked right out the back of the condo to the beach. Weather was cloudy in the morning, but would clear in the afternoon. Water was too rough to swim so we walked down the beach and looked for shell and shark teeth.

Girls trip

Great place for a group of 4 friends. Condo was clean, everything you need, plus beach supplies and towels. Great location, easy walk to the beach.

Gorgeous

This property was amazing. Private beach. The most updated kitchen I’ve even seen. Gorgeous, beach themed decor. Everything you could need and more. My only drawback besides Vacasa being a pain was that there were 2 flights of steps. I had knee problems so it was hard. I absolutely LOVED this condo.

Perdido Key

Our condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortably furnished. Everything was spotlessly clean, looked brand new and all appliances worked well. Was excellent in every way except the bed in the master bedroom had an uncomfortable dip in the mattress on the west (deck) side and the deck roof leaks badly in the rain as we discovered when a bad storm passed over one day. Not a complaint, but the refrigerator freezer handle was loose and the upper doors squeaked loudly...could use some lubrication. Despite these slight problems, we are not complaining as we enjoyed our stay there very much and would definitely return! It's truly a lovely condo in a great location. Excellent Beach Property!

Wow amazing! This place has beach access and is exceptionally clean and great location. Perfect weekend away! If I had one thing to add it would be to stock the kitchen with coffee filter and maybe some sugar and oil! Great for cooking but needs some extra things. Will def be back!

Spacious condo on the beach. Great kitchen and breezy decks with excellent furniture. Vacasa was not very responsive or customer focused, but the condo was great

Short get away

I have to say that this was not my best experience on this get away. Please not the issues below: 1) We thought we booked our trip through VRBO but we ended up with a third party group! 2) I tried making contact with you a little after 6 AM, at 2 PM we are still hearing crickets (nothing) 3) we finally called a number once we arrived to try to check in a few minutes earlier, but the person told us we have to wait until 4 period (this was 3:30 PM) 4) So at 4:05 PM we tried to enter the property, the combination sent did not work. 5) Called back the second person sent me another combination, didn’t work. 6) Called back they tried over the phone to get me in ( no luck) after 3 or 4 new combinations. 7) some other tenant from another unit said he had the same problem, he had to get the local Vacasa office to let him in. 8) after contacting the local office, the first thing I asked for was a full refund so I could have went and checked in to a local hotel. Of course she said unfortunately no, but she was really nice. She said hopefully we can knock something off your bill, but I haven’t seen that yet. 9) Finally some nice guys came and let me into the unit, but we were really boiling by that time 10) after getting into the unit, it was really nice and clean but the parking lot and entrance was in really bad shape. All the pot hole were filled with water and mud the 2 days we were there. 11) keep in mind that each time we left the unit we had to ride through the mud and water in a $120K car (not good). 12) like the I said the unit was really nice and it had everything needed to accommodate us.
