Very clean. Place was just as pictured. Kitchen had everything you needed. Only thing no hand or washcloths for the bathroom. Have a very nice stay.

The property was as advertised and a perfect distance from the beach. Our only hiccup was that someone had checked in and moved into our condo that wasn't supposed to be there so we had to wait for them to move out, it to be recleaned, and it made us feel a bit uneasy that someone was able to do that.

Family vacation

The property was just like it was listed. The communication with property management was always quick. We had an issue with garbage disposal not working and backing up, they sent someone immediately to fix it. We had 8 in our group, 6 adults/2 teens, and only had 8 towels and 6 washcloths. We tried to save towels but it would have been nice to have a couple of extra. Overall we loved the place and how close to the beach it was. We would definitely come back!

Nice relaxing location

Location wasn't directly on the beach but it was walking distance. Balcony was quiet and relaxing. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We loved the BBQ pits that were located next to the pool area.

Spring Break

Hi! This is a wonderful place to stay. I didn’t have to walk far to get onto the beach. Pool and hot tub was clean! There were 6 of us and plenty of space for all. We will be back in a different season to check it out again!!

Great Stay

Loved this property! It was very clean and the location was great. There was plenty of space for us and the beach, pool and hot tub were only a short walk away. The complex was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

The 3 stooges and mom

We really enjoyed our family vacation! Some things we enjoyed while here were The Navel Base, Pier fishing, the beach. The restaurant we ate at were The Shrimp Basket, The Jellyfish, The Salty Pearl, and The Flounder Chowder House. The condo was everything we expected from the pictures and descriptions. Just a short walk to the beach! I would highly recommend this condo!

Great place!

The best spent three nights ever!

I never thought that I could be happy staying off the beach, but this location changed my mind. I could see the golf from our balcony, and the walk to the beach was the same distance as is with many condos right on the beach. The linens were all so fresh, and beds very comfortable. My oldest two granddaughters loved the bunk beds! The unit had a well stocked kitchen, and it had ample room for 7 people. The ONLY negative was that perhaps new vinyl shower curtains could be replaced, and when I looked under the bed to check for items I found food that didn't come from us. BUT, I say that to say this, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay

The property is in an excellent location, quick walk to the beach, without crossing any roads. Quiet location, close enough to go do all the touristy things but not too close to have to deal with the traffic or headaches. We will be back.

Amazing Place!

My husband, myself, and our two daughters stayed here for three nights or four days. I cannot rank this high enough as to how much we enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach is so close. The pool was great and the girls loved it. The beds were comfortable, and there was more than enough space for the four of us. we are already thinking about re-booking for next summer.

Loved the condo but it was not cleaned when we checked in there was dirty towels in the washer and floors were not vacuumed crumbs were all over furniture sand all in the bathroom floors otherwise the cleanliness is only problem with the stay

Perfect location

We love Perdido Key. Apartment was the perfect size for our family of 6. The walk to the beach was so quick. It was just a small parking lot to cross, not a street. The patio doors completely blocked out the outside noise. Beds were comfortable. We loved the neighborhood. Not too touristy but a few great restaurants and shops. The view at Sunset Grille was amazing. Seeing the Blue Angels fly overhead was a big hit for the family.

Nice Condo with easy beach access.

The condo worked for us. We had plenty of space. It has a little peak of the ocean from the deck. Pool and hot tub was a short walk and the ocean was a couple of minute walk with easy access.
