This condo is great and Tyler was a fantastic host. The condo has everything you could possibly need for a week at the beach: beach towels, beach toys, cooler, extra chairs, even a wagon to get it all there. If you are traveling with a toddler consider bringing some foam corner pads for the table, but other than that just bring the food and drinks and you’ll be all set. Tyler also gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do; just ask and he’ll point you in the right direction. We had a great trip and highly recommended.

The condo is very pretty and comfortable. Our favorite place was the balcony with its comfortable furnishings and beautiful views. It is very convenient (within walking distance) of restaurants, shops and the fishing pier. I highly recommend this condo. Thanks for a great vacation!

The condo was perfect and just like the photos. The Host Tyler was exceptional with providing instructions and gave us a list of restaurants and entertainment in the area. I highly recommend going to the Naval Museum! I will definitely book with him again.

There was construction happening at the other condos on site. A lot of noise but the owner took care of the situation quickly. There was also an issue with the elevators but that was handled quickly by staff as well as the Host. The host handled all issues very quickly and even credited a evening for the issues. Very happy with the condo and views though in all.

Our host, Tyler, was so nice and helpful. We enjoyed the view and the balcony most of all while there. We had a great view of the Blue Angels flying down the beach that was just overwhelming. The water there is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! Great condo and resort amenities. I will stay there again. Thank you Tyler!

This property never disappoints. It has an amazing view from the balcony as well as the master and the living room. We love that the host has thought of and provides every need for our stay. We also love that beach chairs and an umbrella is already included for our daily use.

This was our first time to Pensacola Beach. I will say it will not be the last. Tyler was absolutely amazing to work with on our condo rental. I had asked about recommendations to things and he provided a very detailed email with everything Pensacola has to offer. The day of check in Tyler text me the code and check in time was a little earlier as the cleaning was done. Couldn’t have worked out more perfectly for us. Getting into the complex and unit was very easy and the condo is beautiful. Stocked with so many things that I had packed as well so left all my paper products to pay it forward to the next guests. We did not cook in but if we did the unit has everything you could possibly need. Shower pressure was amazing! We utilized the chair rental that comes with this unit everyday, even on the few cloudy days. Any day at the beach is better than a work day no matter the weather. Next best thing is the location - my husband and I walked everywhere. The Boardwalk has so much going on, loved walking to the pier and on Tuesday night there was music by the pier. We will for sure be back and can’t thank Tyler enough for the amazing communication, the beautiful condo and being there to answer any questions I had. 10/10

We've stayed at A LOT of condos on the Gulf Coast and this one is my FAVORITE! Owner could not have been more available and helpful, the condo felt very homey, plus very comfy beds and great water pressure. Had everything our family needed — sand toys, boogie boards and towels included — and very close to everything. We couldn't help but stay an extra night! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Beautiful condo right on the Beach!

Tyler was a great host and has a beautiful condo right on Pensicola Beach. While there were busy days on the beach it wasnt overcrowded and really was a perfect vacation. The condo is within walking distance of large and small shops and eateries and also has a fantastic pool! The condo is immaculate and had literally everything we forgot. We will visit again!

Beautiful - inside and out!

The unit was perfect. The location fantastic. The chair setup unbelievable. My husband and I have visited all 50 states and stayed at numerous beach front properties and this is by far our favorite.
