Amazing Views

Much needed rest

Wonderful place. If one thing could be improved...beyond the old school coffee maker...the bed in the Master is rock hard. If you spend enough time on the beach it will suffice. The location and quality of the property is top notch.

Another great vacation

Overall wonderful place to stay!

Overall wonderful place to stay! We loved the email alerts prior to arriving. We received a phone call when the room was ready. Everything we needed was available for cooking/preparing food. I loved that there was a pantry for dry goods and space to put our beach chairs. We had access to everything we needed and a short distance to a few restaurants and ice cream;) Would definitely book here again.

Great location & easy beach access.

Overall, our stay was good. The best aspect of the unit was the 3rd floor unit and super easy access to the beach. I was disappointed that during the week the railings were being painted so that hindered our balcony & view time during the day, but we were told ahead of time and given choices regarding that so I opted for the discount on the unit. The railings looked great once they were complete! This unit is actually very spacious with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, although all the unnecessary decor in the unit takes up a lot of space. I moved much of it out of the way so we would have room and wouldn't break anything. We didn't even find the 2nd bathroom until the second day because the door to the master bedroom blocks the door to the bathroom (when it's opened)! You'd never know it was back there unless you closed the bedroom door. Maybe putting a small sign on the bedroom door would help? The showers had very good water pressure & there were very clean and abundant towels. The bathrooms just look dirty because they're old but I could tell they were cleaned as much as they could be. We appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit and we used them every single day. We like to keep a clean unit so it was difficult to sweep the floor with broom there! It needs replaced in the worst way, I'm not sure how the tile floor gets cleaned up after each guest with that broom. We cook a lot too, most things were provided in order to make a meal. The dishwasher worked very well too. All of the mattresses are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Our backs were hurting (as well as my kids) from the mattresses. I'm sorry, but I find that completely inconsiderate to guests, especially knowing they are on a vacation. I also washed the comforters because we could still smell others perfume/cologne on them. The living room sliding door needs repaired, we could barely open it. We called regarding it, someone came up while we were out for the day and taped it shut, but then left no correspondence about it. We called the next day to inquire and we were told if it was taped, to not use it. Parking was great, the carts provided are a lifesaver when bringing up groceries, and the lobby area was nice. We always were able to get chairs & umbrella each morning as well. Overall the stay was good, but could have been better if there was some attention made to the unit. Thanks for having us though, we had a good family vacation.
