Annual family beach trip

We had an amazing time. The condo was absolutely perfect, and was everything we could have hoped for. Everyone had a great time, from the 70 year old to the 9 year old. Even the teenagers said they had a blast. I had contacted the owner about food recommendations, and she did not disappoint! I ate my weight in donuts and seafood! We will for sure come back!

Annual Family Girls Trip

Clean and Spacious

We had 4 kids and 4 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The balcony was very spacious and nice. Pool is larger than it appears in pictures. There were sippy cups and a pack-n-play. Very clean. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We have already reached out to rebook for next year.

Beautiful inside and out

Just as described. Beautiful condo. Beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. The only complaint is the height of the bed in the second bedroom. Very high to get in and out. Only one of the 4 women could manage it.

Great 4 Weeks!

My wife and I enjoy the quiet time at Navarre Beach between Thanksgiving and Christmas. We were very comfortable in 15C. Patti was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We highly recommend this property.

Made a great memory.

Was a wonderful place to stay. Very easy to arrange my vacation. Ability to make payment was secure and easy to do. Loved the balcony patio. Only negative comment; could have used a good dusting e.g. ceiling fans!

Beautiful location!

Easy hassle free process all the way around. Patti was awesome and kept in touch with the possibility of a hurricane. We ended up with beautiful weather and a great condo.

Navarre fun!

Property itself is great. Well maintained, clean, great pool size and cleanliness. Very easy access to beach, good showers for rinsing and a separate hose for beach stuff. Condo was very spacious, comfortable, with a fantastic balcony.

7 day stay

Everything went really well! In comparison to the condo we stay at the pearl every year, this condo needed a deep cleaning. The owner was fantastic and quick to respond. Condo was accommodating to our large group that included 2 kids under 5.

Our 1st real extended Family Vacation Together!

We spent our 1st week in Disney World; then the 2nd week we wanted quiet family time on the beach - and we got it here! We absolutely LOVED ❤️ This Condo!! BEAUTIFUL, EVERYTHING you need, we even had decent weather, a little warm; but we were together - Who Cares!! Our son was kind enough to get up every morning at 5 to secure a spot on the beach. It’s a shame the beach service feels the need to take over so much of the area directly in front of the condo, and we need to walk farther - something is not right with that? That was about the only negative I can think of. We love this area. Hope to get back sooner! Thank you!

Relaxing getaway

We loved our stay at The Calypso. The pictures don't do this condo justice. The floors were immaculate, which is hard to do while living amongst the sand. The view was amazing, and my kids enjoyed the bunkbeds. The worst part about our stay was that we had to leave. I appreciate the other review about the parking space being tight. We ended up parking at the top and had no problem. Thanks again for sharing this little slice of heaven with us, Patti!

Best Spring Break Yet!

I chose this location because of the beautiful view it seemed to have in the listing. It did not disappoint! The deck is large but there are only 4 chairs available for outside seating. I knew that ahead of time as I reached out to Patti who answered quickly (which she did through the end of our stay), so we brought 2 camping chairs with us. Plenty of space for me, my 3 children (11,14,17), my mother, my brother and his wife (I slept in the bunk room with my girls). Fitness room was perfect to keep up my workout throughout the week. We rented a large umbrella and chairs for the beach 2 days of our stay and it made it so much easier, definitely worth the cost. Pool was too cold during our week there but we spent almost every day at the beach. Took one day to go into Pensacola and to visit Fort Pickens which is a beautiful drive. Enjoyed a dinner at Johnny Huston’s, one lunch at the Copper Bull and then a final breakfast at Alphie’s Catfish House (have the cinnamon roll pancakes, you won’t be disappointed). Kids loved the Snow-ball shack immediately across the bridge, especially the stuffed snow cones. We preferred parking at the top of the parking garage only because the assigned spot is very tight if someone is parked next to you. We bought a soft luggage topper for our car (a small suv) because we were concerned about parking with a hard shell top. Found there were a couple spots that were hard shell friendly on the side of the building, but there were very few of those available so keep that in mind (that and the height had to be a minimum of 7’1” if I remember correctly). All in all, condo was absolutely perfect for us, location was amazing and Patti is terrific. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Amazing view

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our large family. Loved being right on the beach and close to the pier. One thing that was difficult was getting to and from the condo in the weekend, which I know is out of your control, but more if a heads up for other renters. Once we realized it, we planned ahead and didn’t leave. Overall we loved our stay!
