It is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I will never book again in that disgusting hotel. Bad smell. Bad service at the front desk. And the power went out in the room. I had no electrical service and the only answer was "there is no room" it is really annoying to look for another room at night and also call customer service and it took more than 45 minutes and no response. The truth is that it was a bad day.

No internet. None. Period. I even called technical support twice and they couldnt help. When I went up front the receptionist cut me off and told me thats not their problem. My fridge didnt work, it was hot. My room didnt stink but it stunk everywhere else in the hotel.

Room Smelled heavily of smoke even though advertised as a non smoking hotel. Awoke to small roaches crawling on bedside table. Furniture, rugs, countertops, and floor exhibited heavy cigarette burns. Some staff very helpful while others were too busy on their smoke breaks outside to be bothered answering questions. This happened on multiple occasions. It was a great price but I doubt I’d stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This is not a hotel! This place is run like low income housing. There are dirty towels, garbage bags and trash lining the hallways. The carpet is so dirty that it is sticky and the smell is horrendous. My son and I had to leave the first night we stayed, there is loitering and smoking right outside the front door and made us feel very unsafe. The pictures on the website are lies and they DO NOT include breakfast as it says. I lost money and my points because I was lied to. We left due to the entire second floor full of smoke from someone burning something in thier room and the fire alarms NEVER went off. This place is not safe . DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN.

Dirty floors and bedding. Looked like everything was just swept under the bed and bed skirts were nasty. Shouldn't tell customers it has a complimentary breakfast. Coffee and stale peanut butter nutrigrain bars is not a breakfast and the snack machine prices are ridiculous. You shouldn't try to burn people on machine muffins after you misrepresent the breakfast. I regret decision to stay here. Total disappointment this morning. At least a place that actually serves breakfast is close by.

The room was filthy. We were afraid to sit on any of the furniture. It was greasy. The staff smoked right outside the front door. The whole place reeked of pot. The carpet was from 1980 and it was not safe to walk on barefooted.
