The parking lot is well lit at night. Very quiet and I felt safe staying there. Customer service was fast and friendly. One of the better ones in the area.

I stayed in room 106. It was clean for the most part. I moved the couch next to the bed so I could sit and watch tv instead of laying in the bed and there was half ate chip bag under the couch, a broken cigarette and a used hand towel. Also the beds are really firm. Not soft. But overall for the price, it was a decent room. Bad side of town, but I felt safe staying at this hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and check in and check out was fast. The room size are large and the tvs are newer and nice size. Very hot showers! Also for being in bad part of town, it was very well lit parking lot and very quiet at night.

Everything (bedding, wash cloths and towels, couches) was dirty to point where we did not want to sleep in the beds nor could we bathe properly. Not to mention one towel for four people and management not wanting to provide more. Although the amenities list a grill area, there was no designated spot and management refused to allow it anyway. Overall beware what you book. I would not recommend this place even if it were my only option.

The clerks were friendly and very professional. The room was very clean. The bed was a little old, but comfortable, and the edges of the mattress were showing a little wear. the bathroom was very clean. The tub was a little slick, but shiny. Overall I very much enjoyed my brief stay.

Once I entered the room, the smell of cleanliness was in the air. The room was extremely clean and spacious.

Don’t bother with this hotel.
While the manager was very friendly and helpful, our room was not up to par. From stains on the bedspread to roaches in the bathroom- it was definitely the room that was advertised.

Weekend getaway
1st start with the good. The bathroom was an excellent condition and saying to have been recently redone. The rest of the room was not in such good condition. The pull out love seat had mold under the cushions. The carpeting was very dirty. You could hear people walking above you all night.

Worst place was double charged and the smell of marajuana throughout was disgusting as well as police continuously patrolling parking lot looking for someone Would not recommend to my worst enemy

I spent the night in a room that was 55 degrees. I had to sleep in layers of clothing. The heater did not work and I had no one to come fix it.

Hotel has strong mold/mildew odor. due to allergy I could not stay there. Hotels.com will not refund because I checked in before I knew the condition of the room.

Too expensive and yucky
Room was dirty. There was a wadded up toilet paper pile next to the toilet. There was hair on the sheets. Room smelled generally musty. But it had AC, two bed that were ok, and cable that worked. We were escaping a hurricane. Also it was way way overpriced.

Overall the stay was good.. a couple minor hiccups with housekeeping and several times guests with noisy children where roomed above us. Overall the stay was worth recommending to others

It looked like a Crack head motel, dirty. Pictures say it all! Caulk should not be used until the tub is clean. Covering the head board with a pillow.

Hotel sucks
Room was disgusting, filthy, gross. Do not stay here. Men were hanging out on balconies watching everyone. Walked in and walked out after we found another hotel. Did not want to sit on any furniture or bed. Totally disgusting. Burn holes, furniture was dirty and old. Unfortunately, it was non refundable so couldn’t get our money back. Do not stay here.

Okay stay
Stay was okay, but when i moved the chair and the dressers there were food and trash under them and the room smelled like mold until i went and purchased some bleach spray and sprayed tye shower and the smell in the room went away. Overall it was a okay stay and a little over-priced.

This room isn’t what we expected atl
We paid $286 dollars to stay in this nasty room . It smelled , no towels , literally the worse bed and pillow I’ve ever slept on . The ac unit soaked all the curtains and the floor . There was something sticky around the bed skirt . I never even seen a pool but I didn’t look behind the hotel . We were so disappointed

Really disappointed
The hotel is disappointing. I choose this one as it was a bit more expensive in the region to be a bit more clean and comfortable. Unfortunately my room was not like in the pictures. On top of it it had a very strong cigarette smell even if it was reserved as non smoking. They promptly change the room but they no longer had a king or queen bed so we got stuck with a two bed room. The new room smelled like mold. We had the impression it was not that clean. The general state of the room was not good also. Fridge was dirty inside and some decorations and furnitures were broken. The restroom seemed to have been re done but still no feeling of it being clean. Very disappointed.
