Perfect location

We were extremely happy with this condo. It’s towards the end of the highway, so there is very little traffic. It sits on the beach with 2 easy access points. Beach chairs are set out every morning. It’s almost like having your own private beach.

Great stay

Very clean, beautiful view of the beach, and they provided everything we needed for a weeks stay. The location is within 5 miles of a local grocery store, and several restaurants and activities for families. We will definitely come back here in the future!

Enjoyed the Condo, loved the large Master Bedroom, Staff was very helpfull with parking passes for our guest that visited us, Only complaint i have was the refirgerator front looked dirty and the pool was close to the street,

Perfect place!

We had to book this last minute because of a last minute cancellation and this place was perfect. The pictures are very accurate to what the place looks like and it was a very beautiful place! Perfect view of the beach as well!!

Favorite place

This was our 2nd time staying at emerald towers west in the exact same room. The stays were 2 years apart. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed both times. Love the beach view. We stayed at a condo in Panama city in between these two times. That condo was fine, but did not like as well as emerald towers west. Fort Walton we like so much better than Panama City. The town is more quiet and laid back but still has plenty to do and great places to eat. If you do desire a trip for more of the city Destin is right down the road. Fort Walton is more homey feel.

Perfect!

Great chance to hang with our Airman for a week!!! Everything posted is accurate. Only negative was upstairs neighbors seemed to walk very hard… maybe moving furniture at times but no reflection on the property or management. Will likely return!!

Great property, noisy neighbors

Everything was great except the people above us Like they were going to come through the ceiling with a stomping and sounding like moving furniture, running across the floor at all hours of the day and night, even at 2 AM. We expected to relax and enjoy our time and it was so noisy. It was ridiculous. I let the property management know by email with no response and then by phone, and they said that that property in room 4006 was not their property, but would let the HOA know. However, nothing changed.

Pretty nice

Overall, it's a nice condo. As with anything else, there are some things we loved, some things we liked, some things we didn't like. Pros: -Great location and not crowded at all. You're away from the traffic but just 3 mins or so from Ft Walton. -Fantastic view from the balcony -Master bedroom is amazing and the best part of the property Cons: -Master bathroom sliding door lock needs to be upgraded badly -Parking lot is on a steep incline, which can make it difficult pushing carts with luggage/groceries -Walkway to the beach has several steps and no ramp, which makes it almost impossible to pull a beach cart. You're better off carrying your beach supplies by hand -Washing machine is a little frustrating. We had to push the start button several times before the cycle would start.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay at Emerald Towers West on Okaloosa Island! The condo was right on the beach and had everything that we could possibly need. It was the perfect location. It was never super crowded but we could see lots of people on down the beach. We will definitely consider staying here again depending on how many people will be traveling with us! The only thing that might have been better is if there had been an actual black out curtain on the 2nd bedroom. It was a little bright in there.

Great condo and experience the only downside was the elevator was down at the property the entire time... when ur recovering from knee surgery 3 flights of stairs several times a day was a problem

Great memories

The condo was clean and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware. It is close to great attractions like the pier, Gulfarium, Boardwalk, and more. The condo is located right on the beach, so there are great views of the beach and the gulf from the balcony. We had multiple sightings of dolphins and stingrays from the balcony. We loved our stay.

Amazing Experience

This was my whole family's first time at the ocean anywhere! We were amazed and in awe! It was right on the beach with a magnificent view! The condo was clean, beautiful, had plenty of room, and had everything needed for cooking and entertainment! The beach was cozy and not crowed! The area of the condo was not congested, but very close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions! So glad I got to experience this blessing with my husband, two kids, and my mom! We would love to go back every year!

Perfect location for Beach Gateaway
