Accommodations are a Gem
Very impressed with the balcony views of the gulf, especially the sunrises and sunsets. That is the most outstanding feature of these accommodations.
For a two-week stay in March this unit provided everything required to be self-sufficient, including a washer and dryer which we used often. No need to pack a lot of clothes!
I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation in an ideal location.

Great location
The location is amazing. It isn't a large resort, so the beach wasn't crowded. Having the free chairs, and, umbrella made going to the beach 100% easier. I would stay again. This is an older unit, so it isn't updated. It was very clean and maintained

Furniture was as pictured, the view was very nice and it was awesome to have chairs and an umbrella every day. The only downfall to the trip was the place needs some TLC. There are spots of the ceiling paint coming off, one of the hand towel holders by the sink just fell off the wall, the garbage can in the bedroom was fully cracked in half and we had a roach. I called the property people about the roach and the towel holder who told me they would have people come fix/spray, but those people never showed up during our stay. I get that roaches are a thing down there and they can sneak in when you open a door. However where we are from we don’t have them and it really freaked out my family member’s and it did make all of us feel really dirty and paranoid about bringing them back home with us. So besides those things, it was an okay place to stay. Not sure if I would stay here again on our next trip.

Perfect!
This place was perfect for us. It was even a little bigger than we thought. From the view of the Gulf to the condo, this was one of the best stays we have had. No more going to Seagrove. This was better all the way around.

Comfort review
The only critique I have is that the beds were not very comfortable. Even the master headroom had a very thin mattress that was painful to sleep on. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Just what we needed

Brooks and Shorey Resorts Upgrade Flop
Didn’t actually get to stay in The property I had paid for; this review is a reflection of how Brooks and Shorey treated me when my condo was unavailable due to broken air conditioning. I arrived in time to get groceries and be ready to check in at 4 pm. I had to call at 4:30 to try and get the code to enter which is when they said AC was broken, but they were going to “upgrade” me at no additional charge to a unit in Another complex. The upgrade put me on the 1st floor where all I could see was sand dunes and the pool which was literally 10 feet from my balcony. Aside from not having the view I paid for and would have gotten, I was also subjected to the constant noise and traffic of everyone going in and out of the pool and the gates leading to the beach at all hours of the day and night (including a family doing water aerobics at 6:15am every morning). I will never….ever…book with anything Brooks and Shorey manages again. No offer of reimbursement or other compensation for screwing my one week of vacation for the year up.

Needs updating but overall was nice
The property was nice and clean.The beach was clean. I love that we were provided chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen has very basic cooking supplies. We needed a whisk several times but there wasn’t one. The couch was horrible and needs replaced. Do not expect to be able to check in at 4:00 p.m. It was 6:00 before we received our door code. Overall, I would probably stay there again if we ever go back to Okaloosa Island.

Emerald Towers West was great! The reviews on this rental were accurate. The sofa was really bad so we didn’t sit on it and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Didn’t want to leave a review but I continued receiving a email asking so I’m just being honest. Sadly many travelers fill the same but the response is they can’t please everyone 🤷♀️ The unit was well stocked in the kitchen and clean which were really appreciated. Perfect location, gorgeous views and extremely convenient parking and accessing your room. Wish the owners would just update at least those two most important areas to make this the ultimate room😊
