The host was great. Easy to communicate with. The house was small but at the same time there seemed to be plenty of room. Good price. Was a little disappointed in the location. Had a fenced in back yard for the dog. Over all it was a nice stay.

The house was cute, and it was obvious lots of effort has been put in to clean up and decorate an older house. Furnishings were overall good, but would have liked to have more seating in the room with the TV. Only 2 could comfortably fit on the couch. Beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Blue collar neighborhood close to everything and a excellent host. Very clean and well stocked home.Although we did not travel with our dog this time found the property to be well suited for dogs with a fenced back yard,food and water bowls and the tools to clean up after your pet. Would be happy to stay again if we travel that way again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable quaint and had enough room for everyone including my dog. The back yard was perfect size. The only thing I would suggest is to have TV in the bedrooms there was 1 tv in 1 of the 3 bedrooms. Also their was dog hair under the beds and in the bathroom so much you that you could actually pick it up so I feel that it could have been cleaner especially if your welcoming pets. The communication with the owner was good as well. Other than than everything was great.

While we stayed this house was very pretty and nice and cool even with the summer heat outside. Definitely tons of space and plenty of blankets and towels. The dishes are very clean and oven works great. I love how we didn't have to keep track of a key. I also love how the backyard has lights making it very pretty and homelike. However, we did have some strang things happen late at night while there. We kept hearing footsteps coming from the livingroom when we were laying in bed to go to sleep. We were a bit uneasy when a pan fell from the counter and it had been pushed all the way to the wall on the countertop and the bathroom light in the bathroom near the laundry kept mysteriously coming on. We did sleep with the light on in the bedroom and my husband swears up and down he saw the edge of the bed next to him sink down as if someone had just sat down he woke me up screaming. Overall definitely a great stay just if traveling by yourself bring your pet so at night the noise is covered up by your pet. Very warm and inviting feel when checking in. Definitely a cozy home.

I loved the location of the beautiful cottage. The home had plenty of room for our needs. The main bathroom was very roomy. I loved old qualities and craftsmanship of the home. The yard was a perfect place for my Service Animals to move around and enjoy some down time. The host was very polite and informative.The multi level flooring was a little difficult for me to navigate as I use a wheelchair for mobility, but I loved the older charm of the home.I hope to be able to stay again.

The house is centrally located, and absolutely adorable. It was perfect for us and our dogs. Completely fenced back yard, and plenty of room for the dogs. The house was clean, neat, and completely stocked with everything you could need. The host, Samantha, was easy to contact and very quick to respond. I know there have been some comments on the neighborhood. While the house to the right appeared abandoned, I never felt concerned with it, or the rest of the neighborhood. Only downside we saw, was a house across the street with over a dozen cats outside. :) We would 10/10 stay here again! Easy drive to food, stores, and attractions. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this listing, and the host!!!

Great time.

Property was good not in the best of neighborhoods but no negative things occurred during our stay. The games were a plus but some are missing pieces and the dry erase markers need to be replaced. Lol.

Nice little place

We were passing through as three adults with a couple of dogs, so the place definately met our needs and we found it to be a good value as such. Although the neighborhood seemed a bit run down, it did not feel unsafe at all. The one nearby neighbor we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Recommend with understanding of the above comments. The host was great.

This is a cute little house that looks like a lot of major remodeling has happened and is still in process of just a few little things...there was a problem of enough seating in living room because previous guests had destroyed a major piece of furniture...but all in all a nice place to stay..close to naval base and about half hour to the beach

Loved our stay!

Attended a wedding on the navy base. House is ADORABLE. We had a bit of trouble with construction detours but not a big deal. The neighborhood is a bit run down in spots and a vacant house next door BUT no issues whatsoever. Just an older neighborhood. The house was great for our needs and will absolutely stay again if needed! Definitely a great place for pets too. The backyard is so cute and enough space for the pups! (We ended up not bringing our pup but it would’ve been nice!)Highly recommend this property!
