  • Come relax and explore in our centrally located cozy home! This property is perfect for anyone who loves to fish or visit the beaches. The backyard has a covered patio with a gas grill and is fenced in with plenty of parking available. Property is located within a mile of 2 free boat launches and within a mile of the front gate to the Naval Air Station. The Naval Air Station allows you to get an up-close view of the Blue Angels during their scheduled practices!

Great location for everything I we were doing. Perfect size for 5 of us. Easy check in and check out instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

Very satisfactory!

We used William's place simply for getting ready and sleeping. It met our needs and made our visit to Pensacola easier.

Nice little house

It’s a nice little house with a big backyard. The host was extremely friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. I will definitely stay here in the future.

The house was soo cute and very cozy and felt like home. Only about a 20-25 minute drive to Pensacola Beach Me, my husband and our kids had a great time and look forward to coming back sometime

Cottage was clean and nice inside. Location and neighbors were not so good. Next door neighbors were fighting and a lady came to our door wanting to use the phone to call police. Didnt feel safe leaving anything outside. Not blaming host but anyone renting this should know its not best neighbors.

Beautiful Cottage

Everything was fantastic! Great location, very clean and exactly what we needed. Host was very accessible and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Pensacola. Highly recommend.

It was very close to base. The house was super cute and clean. We had a couple of items that needed to be addressed while we’re there and the owner was prompt in responding and making sure our stay was excellent. I would recommend staying there again!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy yellow cottage. The house is centrally located, close to beaches, and has a large backyard with a deck and barbecue grill. Would recommend for 2-4 people.

Great time

House and property was kept up nice. Amenities were perfect for our trip. Owner was in contact before arriving and reassured us he would be there if we needed anything. Perfect house for the price. Had a great time.

Cute as a Button

My husband and I stayed over Thanksgiving. This property is super cute, was very clean and William was an excellent host. The property is centrally located near stores and a very short drive to the Naval Air Base. I would highly recommend this place. If we are in the area again, we already agreed that this will be the place we stay at again.

Great Getaway

It really is cozy, the beds are comfortable. William is great. He let us check in early and was very communicative. We were spending the 4th of July with our son who is a Marine. We would definitely stay again. The area is quiet, near the base and a walmart.

Good stay

I would stay again. It’s not in the best part of town but we had no problems. The house was clean and met all our needs. It’s on the SW corner of the city and has easy access to a lot of sights. The host was quick to reply to messages and brought a new coffee maker when the one on site stopped working.
