Above and beyond stay!

Very convenient location! My partner and I walked downtown at least once a day and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The room was perfect and Cathy supplied everything and more we could need. Evenings on the lit patio were our favorite. Highly recommend!

Peaceful, Professional & Pristine

I booked this room as a last minute, solo "Eat, Pray Love" weekend getaway. The price was affordable, and the accommodation exceeded my expectations. Only 15 minutes from the beach, the host was gracious and greeted me with a informational brochure bag. Very thoughtful including complementary water, snacks, beach towels, cooler and chairs if needed. Private and relaxing stay.

Great Verbo

Totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend. It was mentioned in the description that the thermostat was going to be controlled by the homeowner so I knew this going in. However, for $150 a night I would have preferred some control of the temperature in my little room. It seemed a bit stuffy and a little on the warm side. Especially in the morning. By 9am it was warming up and we were usually about to head out for the day anyway, but I would have preferred a cooler setting during our stay overall.

Charming Cottage indeed

Cathy the hostess is a real character, and the property is filled with items of interesting origins. We loved the little touches of snacks and drinks to welcome us, and the thoughtfully appointed bathroom. The visit was a well enjoyed week!

Pensacola Get Away

The property was as advertised. Very close and walkable to the downtown areas the Pansacola Bay Center. Just a short drive to the beaches and other attractions. Very quite and safe neighborhood. The rental is as described with a wonderful backyard seating area. The bed was very comfortable with a nice bathroom / shower. Cathy is a great host and very helpful with providing support during our visit.

This is what a vrbo should be like

Cathy really did everything to make the stay a five star experience. From providing a clean place with a comfortable bed to all the small details. Two coffee makers loaded with capsules and water. Chilled drinks in the fridge. Washer and dryer ready to use. Really nice.

This is a nice cozy place to stay right near downtown Pensacola. You can walk if you desire to Palafox ST and all the restaurants and bars or catch an Uber or Lyft. So convenient. Host was helpful and attentive to our needs

We spend a weekend here and found the unit to be very clean, and it had thoughtful items throughout. It is attached to the home of the host who was very communicative and friendly. It was walkable to town but took a ride share most of the time.

Cute & Cozy

This rental is a bedroom and bathroom with private entrance off the backside of the home. It's very cute and cozy and served its purpose for a weekend in Pensacola with my partner. Host provided plenty of snacks and a few drinks as a nice touch as well. Host was very responsive to needs by text and I received a lot of emails leading up to the booking date with ideas of what to do, guidebook, etc. Minimal cleaning required before check out. Took ubers to bars downtown due to it being a 15-20 min walk to where we wanted to go. Only took about 4 min for an uber. Beautiful outdoor space-- we drank coffee in the mornings at the outdoor table. I would recommend this place for a weekend away!

Absolutely loved this place. Great location! The home is gorgeous. Very neat and clean, artsy and homey. Every amenity was so thoughtful. It was the perfect little spot for a couples get away. Loved the little patio out back. Will definitely be going back

Great Getaway!

The booking, check-in, and check-out processeswere seamless...Cathy is great! The space, inside and out, was amazing - very relaxing! This space is conveniently located to food and fun. We had starter refreshments already there when we arrived - super convenient, especially after traveling. Although the weather was warm (Florida), the outdoor space was probably our favorite. We found that to be an amazing way to unwind after seeing some of the local hostorical sights and enjoying some amazingly fresh seafood. Amazing stay. We will call on Cathy again for future trips to Pensacola! Cheers!

Cozy. Cute. Quiet. Peaceful.

Cathy has a clean, cozy, cute and peaceful property. She checks to make sure everything is great during your stay. The backyard provides a peaceful place to eat, have a coffee or cocktail, read etc. The bed is so comfortable. Drinking nespresso coffee in the backyard with the birds chirping make mornings worth looking forward to. Location is convenient for downtown and beach life!

I had an “A” class experience! The host was so nice and accommodating, and really cared about my experience. The place was very clean and immaculate. The outside courtyard was so cozy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.
