The host was communicated with us prior to our stay to ensure we had everything ready! The host was so easy to contact throughout the stay and the condo was completely stocked with all of our needs! We loved the patio furniture and spend a lot of time out there. The location was perfect also!

Condo specifically needed some maintenance.1) latch on door shouldn’t be used, we got locked in the first day for about 15 minutes to bend in such a way to get it unlatched.2) kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced3) mold on both bathroom shower ceilings4) regrout both baths needed.

Fantastic location, amenities, and communication!

We stayed at the Emerald Isle for a family vacation to Pensacola Beach and loved everything this unit had to offer! The rooms were clean, well stocked, all appliances worked well, and the view was wonderful. Angela communicated with us regarding the holiday weekend activities for the area and went above and beyond to advise us of extra parking options ahead of time due to the busy holiday traffic. We will stay here again!

Absolutely perfect beach rental!

The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the sand and close to everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was prompt and super helpful. We had a relaxing, stress-free stay and would definitely book again!

Great Condo!

We had a great stay in Pensacola. The condo was perfect - spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, large kitchen, great patio overlooking the gulf, great location, right on the beach. Chair and umbrella service was a huge plus. Convenient to walk to all the restaurants and shopping since traffic is really bad. We saw dolphins almost every day we were there and the Gulf Island National Seashore is a just a short drive and was beautiful. My only issue was remembering the different 6-digit codes for access to the building and the condo, so I needed my phone with me at all times. Not a deal breaker just my bad memory. Will definitely stay there again.

Perfection

We loved everything about this property. It’s a great location on the beach, perfect for beach walks. We could hear the waves while relaxing on the balcony. There are several restaurants within a short walking distance.The condo is well equipped and has the most comfortable beds that we’ve ever found in a rental. Our only regret is that we wish we had stayed longer.

Perfect and cozy beach stay

We come up usually every year to visit with family and always stay in the Emerald Isle condos, and this one was fantastic! We love the ocean views, how short of a walk it is to the beach, the hot tub/pool areas too. This one is on the 3rd floor, so it was quick getting to all the places we wanted to be :) It was clean, nicely decorated, full amenities in kitchen, even 2 coffee makers- drinking coffee relaxing and watching the ocean is one of our favorite morning moments - and LOVE the peacock accent chairs!!

Very nice condo

We stay in a lot of condos on the gulf coast and this was one of the cleanest and well equipped we have been to. Communication was great, and check in was easy. This complex has great security both in the parking lot and around the area as well. Great location within walking distance of everything you may want to do in Pensacola Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean condo great beach

The upfront communication was great. Check in and parking information was provided and simple to understand. The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. There is plenty of patio seating, which is nice. Two options for coffee making. Restaurants close by, you can walk to everything. Only complaints—master shower had very low pressure and wouldn’t heat beyond lukewarm. The master sink had plenty of pressure and heated properly. I’m not sure what the issue was. We used the other shower for our trip. Alerted the owner but no response until after checkout, with an apology that our message was overlooked. Only other issue was the facility only offered four rolling carts for the entire facility, and they were all in use at checkout. All in all, the condo is lovely and in a nice location. The beach was I crowded and we never had to get up early to get a good seat, which was wonderful.

Perfect Beach Stay

Beautiful condo

This condo looks even better in person. It was clean and so nice. Beds comfortable. It’s a great size and the view looking out from the windows is beautiful. The communication was great. The location was perfect. There are coffee places and cafes across the street. Would love to book again.
