Overall, it was a great experience. We would book again. Everything was clean and comfortable. The living room has plenty of space and seating with two couches and a chair. The dining room table was big enough for all six of us to eat at with room to spare.The beds were big and comfortable.The view was perfect. From the fifth floor, you don't even notice the pools from the balcony. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs plus two chairs that can extend into lounge chairs. We spent lots of time on the balcony soaking in the view. The beach service was very convenient. The ocean water was a little cold, but our kids spent lots of time in the heated pool. Communication, check-in, and check-out were perfect. Highly recommended!

This was an amazing place to stay for our family Christmas. Our oldest is stationed at Eglin and this was so close for him to come and stay with us. Spectacular views and comfy beds and couches to relax on. Used the oven to make traditional breakfast and bread for Christmas morning. Close to restaurants and other places. Really nice pool and access to the beach. Hot tub was out of order but the heated pool was nice. Would recommend to a large family to stay and we will stay here again.

Beautiful condo! The only negative thing was no dust pan. There was only half of a paper plate to use to sweep up. One of the bathroom mirrors was not clean but other than that it was great!

Family beach Vacay
We had a blast! The condo was beautiful and very clean with plenty of space. Loved that each bedroom had a bath attached and the amenities were great. Super easy and efficient communication throughout the process.

Perfect Location
The views from this condo were AMAZING! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves and sunset every evening. Plenty of room for us to eat together or to get some space from one another if needed.Had breakfast at the Beachview Grill a short walk down the road, and enjoyed lunch at Magnolia and a great gift shop, Artesano Boutique, a 5 minute drive away. Really enjoyed the Ft. Walton location, nice and quiet but still close to family fun in Destin and about an hour from Pensacola.Great place to stay all around!

Annual beach trip
We do this trip now about 10 years once a year. As a group we decided to come in the fall versus August. It was entirely too hot. This is the first time in the fall. Our guys enjoy playing around of golf. This weather was perfect. We definitely are coming back this time of year.

Family vacation
Family vacation with adult children and their famlies. 7 adults and 2 children. We love cominv down every October and BLU has became our preferred place to stay. We have yet to be disappointed. This condo was perfect for all our needs, the amenities gave us everything we needed. All we had to purchase was our food. Was able to take in qll the ocean/beach time we desired. Wake to breathtaking view of the beautiful sunrise on the beach, spend the day enjoying the beach,pool and hot tub. The nights enjoying the beautiful sunset on the beach. Even with a little bit of colder days than normal, it did not disrupt our vacation. Highly recommend.

We love Blu, and have stayed here three years. This unit was somewhat disappointing.
The floors had not been cleaned properly as was evident running around with bare feet. 😞. We found dirty dishes in the cabinet, and many pots and pans that need to be replaced. The bunk beds desperately needed to be painted specially the ladder. We were also concerned there are no longer umbrellas at the pool.

Winter get away
We loved this property. The location was outstanding. Could not ask for better. Fantastic property that is clean and conveniently located. Great amenities such as workout facility and heated pool and hot tub and white sand beach right outside the door. The balcony was a great size for a family and we all enjoyed it and most important to us the unit is handicap accessible with grab bars at the toilets and a roll in shower. It was easy to get the wheelchair around inside the condo as well. We are already planning our return trip.

You won’t be “blue” staying at “Blu 503”
This property was amazing! Exactly the space needed for our family of 10. The weather was a little chilly so beach time was short, but we enjoyed together time in the condo. The property manager was a great communicator and set us up for success coming and going. It is close to anything and everything you could need. :) highly recommend! Thanks, Natalie

OUR YEARLY VENTURE
Condo was beautiful and big as were the bedrooms, loved the queen bunk beds for the teen girls they loved them.The only thing is that we love to cook and there weren't enough big pots and frying pans or utensils for cooking at the Condo but we had family here so they brought some of theirs over. Oh and the televisions in all the rooms would not go on for two days which at night was not too good because we like to relax at night in our rooms before we go to bed and the cable was out all day and night. But we know it happens so we were all right about it and we still had a great time and would still stay there we love it there and hope to return next year God willing. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
