The property itself was amazing. The corner unit on the third floor had a great view, and was easily accessible via stairs right outside the door or an elevator close by. The property had plenty of glassware, flatware, utensils, cooking ware, and bath towels. There was both a single-cup coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker. The ice did get stuck in the refrigerator door, but not a big deal.
Overall, the unit was fantastic. The issue was the rental management (RM) company. Unfortunately, the cell service in the unit was not good so we needed to use the wifi for online schooling and work. The unit does have a wifi router, but the information the RM provided was inaccurate. We tried contacting the RM via phone over several days during the stay. Each time, a message announced that the wait time will be long and to try texting. We waited for an hour, three times, before hanging up because we were losing valuable time. We did try texting as the message suggested (on day 2 of a 4 day stay) but never heard back. Thank goodness the issue wasn't a huge deal otherwise it could have been bad. The RM also does not provide more than 1 trash bag OR dish soap and dish brush to clean the dishes, just be prepared to bring/buy them. This is the first time we have experienced this. In all, we were sorely disappointed in the RM's service. The only exception is that the instructions for checking in were very clear.
I do want to emphasize that the PROPERTY is GREAT, but we really could have used some better communication with the Rental Manager.
