Here, you're a 30 second walk to the beach, 8 minutes from Florabama, 13 minutes from Orange Beach/Gulf Shores, and 25 minutes to Downtown Pensacola! With sleeping room for 6, a spacious balcony to enjoy the ocean air and breathtaking views, you'll never want to leave!

    1 King Bedroom, 1 bunk bed, 1 sleeper sofa, dining table seats 4, and a spacious countertop in the kitchen for all of your needs!

    This condo comes fully equipped with cookware, dishware, and flatware for making meals at home.

Great view

Quiet area, nice view of the water, clean towels, great cook Ware, not far from anywhere, everything is on the beach or just as close. Can't wait for the next getaway!

Great location. Condo has good structure for small family. Perfect for us.

Great Location!

Several restaurants close by that were not crowded, grocery options close by, nice pool, walking track by the condo. Condo was very clean and we had everything we needed.

First timers

Enjoyed the place, it is older but a nice coxy place. Loved the heated pool and outdoor hottub! Figuring out the tv was puzzling but we managed. Short walk to beach. Overall good!

Not a 30 second walk to beach.

It a two to three minute walk to beach. You need to walk across the street between two buildings to get to beach. Ones you get there you have about a 50 foot strip of beach with signs on both sides saying privet beach for condos sitting there. But it worked. Yes you can see the beach but you need to look between the two condos in front of you. But place was nice and we had fun!

Dirty plus Mold

Mold in the vents, floor dirty, garbage beside refrigerator, hand prints on curtains in bedroom. I specifically asked about a heated pool and hot tub. Hot tub down they said 2 weeks and pool not heated. Very cold water. Not enjoyable. Checked out a day early. Should have left when I got there.

Cute condo in Perdido Key

My husband and I booked last minute for a weekend trip. The condo was very clean. It could use some updated towels and kitchen supplies. Some were very worn. There is a view of the gulf from the balcony. The biggest negative is that beach access is a very small public beach across from the complex. It is between two high rises that have private beaches. So we drove a mile down to the public beach at the state park and had a great weekend enjoying a huge beach!

We enjoyed our stay at this Beautiful Condo and will stay again in the future. It was clean, perfectly located and convenient to everything. Owner was super and was there for any of our needs with quick response times. Thank you for a WONDERFUL stay.

Nice place

This place turned out to be great. It’s right by the beach. The view from the balcony isn’t exactly an unobstructed beach view but you can see lots of water and waves breaking. The place was super clean. You’ll enjoy it.

Great location and amenities

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. Very close to a number of great beaches and other activities for the entire family to enjoy. The pool was clean and perfect for a swim during a midday break or in the evenings.

Good location & comfortable condo

We stayed for a month and the property managers were very responsive and helpful the two times we contacted them. Our reservation was last-minute because we had a different place reserved and found out the day before we were leaving home that the elevator wasn’t working and wouldn’t be repaired until they could get some parts. We were on the 7th floor. No way! We were happy to find another place, and the location was good—not right on the beach, which we had with the other one, but just a short walk. However, whatever the cleaning crew was being paid was way more than they earned! The place was filthy! The stove and oven were disgusting. The microwave needs to be replaced—it’s rusty and doesn’t have a readable display. The fridge also should be replaced. Mold and grime in the bathtub/shower. And unbelievable crud under the bed. It was much cleaner when we left than when we arrived.

Great!

Very nice and clean, although there wasn't a hair dryer, which is fine. w/d which was unexpected and nice to have. plenty of space for 2 of us. checking in was very easy.
