Our June stay

Great find! Loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. I do suggest bringing your own coffee, soap, and laundry detergent. I am used to staying in places that usually has at least like 2 cascades and enough for 1 load of laundry. Not too big of a deal though! The view was amazing!!! We loved spending the evening on the beach and waking up to the views. 2 full bathrooms with kids was super helpful as well. Dave’s snowballs directly across the street was a sweet treat, and breakfast was maybe a 2 minute walk from the room. Highly recommend and plan to be back!

Our stay at Ocean Breeze East

Beautiful location; very clean. Bed needs new mattress terrible, kitchen eating utensils lot to be desired; only one small sauce pan. TV instructions would have helped; not everyone familiar with Roku. Dish washer not always readily filling with water.

Nice place, but no on site people to assist with problems

Good stay but no one to help with problems. All communication is on line or talking to someone in another country. Toilet seat was broken, ice maker did not work, drain plug in shower/tub was broken, bed in master bedroom squeaked loudly. These were minor problems but getting them addressed was next to impossible.

Perdido paradise

Absolutely love the area. Stay in the area a couple times a year. Have stayed on this property in different units in the past. The unit needs some mattress attention and a little bit of painting and maintenance. Overall it was a good experience. The unit was clean and comfortable other than the wore out mattress.

Beautiful Beach

This property was clean and had a wonderful ocean view. I am glad the building was smaller than surrounding building because that meant less crowded beach for us. Our only complaint is that all the beds were very squeaky and we woke each other up rolling over in bed.

Very Nice but had some issues

The condo was very nice and clean. However, there were some issues: bed in master bedroom was very uncomfortable; no blow dryer in master bathroom; not enough serving bowls in kitchen.

Girl’s Trip

This was a clean property. Definitely has some aging so areas didn’t look as clean as I think it was. It smelled wonderful when we walked in. The beds were comfortable but a little squeaky. The furniture on the balcony was good, but could use new cushions. More rugs would have been nice due to sand from the beach. Plenty of bathroom & kitchen supplies. With the exception of the confusing check-in process it was a good stay!

Nice Family Unit

We had a great time staying here for our family vacation. It was perfect for our family of 5 (kids aged 7,10,12) We some how missed the memo of the gate code to access the beach, but vacasa support was quick to help. The kitchen had mostly everything we needed, but we could have used a pitcher and a muffin tin. Some games would be nice too for rainy days. Check in and out was easy and convenient. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Excellent beachside condo getaway

Perfectly located for a few days on the beach. Beach access is extremely convenient. Balcony views are gorgeous. Two bathrooms, as many towels as a group of four taking showers every day could want, plenty of seating both inside and outside. Thermostat was very easy to operate (which is good because it was 65° when we got there!). Kitchen comes stocked with essential dishes, including basic pots and pans. Check-in and checkout were super easy. Absolutely would stay here again, every aspect of it was exactly what we wanted for a little beach vacation.

Mattresses are terrible - unusable.Great view of beach.

Beautiful view of beach. This is essentially a one bedroom condo. Both beds in 2nd bedroom are absolutely HORRIBLE. Mattresses are shot!! Should have been replaced a long time ago. Because of this, we cut our stay in this property short and found someplace with beds that you could sleep in. Towel bar in 2nd bathroom is not attached properly and fell off. Both of these problems are noted numerous times in guest book and in reviews. I should have listened. Cannot recommend this property.

Nice clean condo with a beautiful view!

Ocean Breeze 702 was nice and very clean. We had a beautiful view and enjoyed our stay. I felt like the instructions for getting the key for a late check in could be improved. Was concerned I wasn’t going to be able to get the key. Called the 800 number and they were essentially no help. My second call to them I got a sweet and helpful lady who helped me figure out how to correctly punch the code in starting from the top. Other that that my only complaint would be that the beds were very squeaky (noisy). Think they need new box springs. Wake yourself up turning over. Other that that this is a wonderful place to stay. My friends and I would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful place to stay and the beach is beautiful.

We had the best girls vacation. Only problem we had was checking in. Key wasn’t in the pick up box. Waited 34 minutes before a girl came. Key was in the box all the while with the wrong name on it. We will be back next year same time same group!

Amazing!!

This condo has a beautiful view and was incredibly clean!! The bed linens were white, clean, and simple, which was great. Same with the decor, simple and easy to keep clean. The condo and building need a little work, fixtures broken in the bathroom and the front door sticks. The two chairs in the living room need to be replaced, as they are ripped and foam is exposed. The only complaint we had isn’t vacasa, but maybe the property management needs to be aware. The chair rental company - Ike’s, on the beach hog the beach front. Each day, they inched over more and more of the entire front of the beach, when the sign clearly defines where they and others can be. If we are paying to rent here, we should be able to have a front view of the beach with our own beach gear. Other than that, it was a lovely stay! The balcony is where we spent most of our time. We enjoyed it!!

Ocean Breeze Bummer

This unit was nice. PROS-You are definitely paying for the location. Right on the beach & close to restaurants in Perdido Key & Orange Beach areas. Close to road, but still quiet. Carts we're good for loading / unloading. CONS-We showed up for the 4:00 check in @ the Vacasa office & had to call @3:30 (w/ a car full of groceries). Property Management didn't show with check in packets until 3:55. Other disappointing things were *Dirty chairs/couch *Both arms of 1 chair we're ripped *Shower in master en suite didn't work(fixed the next day) *Rust on several appliances *Dirty walls *Dinged up and dirty trim *Shoddy electrical box in cabinet over sink. *Crooked cabinet doors *Busted bottom drawer in big dresser in master made it difficult to use bottom 2 drawers.
