Easy access to the room from the parking garage, and easy access to the beach from the room. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and the kitchen had nearly every utensil and cookware needed to cook a complete thanksgiving meal. We will definitely be back.

The location was nice. The condo was very nice however it was listed as 3 bedroom. The third bedroom had bunk beds and the mattress was very uncomfortable. I had to purchase a twin mattress pad in order to be somewhat comfortable. There was no door, only a shower curtain. A regular curtain would have been nicer if a door isn’t possible. It really needs painting, especially the baseboards. Overall it was very nice and the grounds were exceptional. We enjoyed our stay and the host was wonderful.

From booking to checking out we had such smooth and easy process! The condo was exactly as expected and perfect set up for us!! We loved that you entered the condo via a hallway (instead of outside) and that we could park on the same floor in parking garage! The condo complex was beautiful and well kept. Our kids loved the pool!! The wristband system was great and easy to access all amenities! We loved being so close to the beach!! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!! Especially families with kids!!

Perfect spring break location for a large family

Omg this was perfect! The unit is well situated for our family of six. The bathrooms are enormous. And the showers had great water pressure. Having three bathrooms was such a helpful thing with all the kids. Beds were super comfortable. Our middle schooler was very comfortable in the bunk nook. The older kids took the beds/pull out. The unit is so thoughtfully stocked and we had the most wonderful time. The ceiling fans & a/c made sure we were comfortable which is a high bar since we’re not used to the heat/humidity. Loved the balcony. Could see the beach flags from it every morning. Everything was clean and the kitchen was superb. Melody was super responsive to questions. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and amenities

Perfect for what we needed! Plenty of room for 3 kids and 2 adults! Didn’t get to enjoy all amenities but we knew that being winter but kids enjoyed heated pool and all enjoyed the hot tubs! Perfect location on the beach and close to everything we wanted to do!

Right on the Beach!

This place was a good choice. Right on the beach, a view of the Gulf from our large balcony, and we didn't need a car after all. Property was very clean. 2 Master Bedrooms was nice. I was disappointed about two things. 1-The bunk room was just a nook. There was no door for privacy. This was fine for us because we were all close family. It might be different for future renters. The mattresses in the bunks are NOT made for adults. I'd say 10 years old and under. Anyone with weight on them is going to feel like they are sleeping on plywood. 2-I chose this specific condo at Waterscape because the listing photo shows a sectional sofa. I have one at my home and it seats my family just fine. With 6 adults, we never had a moment when we could all lounge on the couch/loveseat together. Another thing about the resort, in general, is that it is a MAZE. Signage isn't great and all of us got lost on several occasions. There are two doors in the hallways that have the same number of your rental so that is confusing, too. Overall, it was a great spot to be at for the family and the beach. We mostly sat at the beach all day. Beach service is there for chair and umbrella rental. Very convenient but get out there early to get a good spot. The rental company arranges the chairs in a horseshoe, which is weird and unlike anyone else down the beach. Most companies set up in rows facing the water. This one has you facing other people. I didn't care for that. Pool was amazing.

Right on the water. Great place to stay. We were there in the off season, so it wasn't so busy. I can see where it would be packed during the season

Labor Day get away

It was pretty perfect! Lovely condo, all the accommodations, beach front, perfect weather, and a LAZY RIVER! The pool is huge, and family friendly. My granddaughter loved the pool the most. My suggestions: memorize the door code before you get there , so you dont have to take your purse/bag with you to the beach/pool. It only took us 2 days to figure that out! Bring your own food! The only fast food venue is beside the pool, and while convenient, the price is high and quality not so great. There are outdoor grills if you want to cook out. Dont over book your self, or you will regret not having more time at the pool! We will come again.

Room was beautiful and clean and great! Been in other rooms on this property that was stocked with a few more cooking essentials like coffee or spices or peanut butter, but it is all ok. Just be ready to bring everything you need food wise. This rooms balcony does not face inward to the pool area. Wasn’t a problem for us. We didn’t intend on sitting in the room all day anyway. You could still see a little of the ocean and out toward the direction of Destin and the big bridge. It was nice. .

Nice place

We enjoyed our condo very clean and a lot of room. The pool area is nice for kids but way too overcrowded to really enjoy. Everyone puts a towel on the chairs and then leaves so you never get a chance to get one which is aggravating. Someone stole my 2 beach towels and an expensive pair of orthopedic shoes. Guess we picked a busy time to come because the beach was way overcrowded! Overall it was okay but would not stay again it's just too busy!

This property was exactly as described and the owner was very attentive. The unit was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. We plan to come back and stay with waterscape hopefully in this unit again! If you are thinking about booking, just do it! You absolutely won't regret it! The only thing that would have made me love this unit even more was if there was a TV in the kids bunk area, it wasn't a big deal at all though because the kiddos slept on the pullout couch which was very comfortable as well! Just a recommendation!

Perfect place for a Spring break getaway
