Love this home! This is our second time visiting! The accommodations are so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The views are breathtaking! We saw dolphins while sitting on the deck multiple mornings. The beach access is so convenient.

Great views and location. We traveled here for a local wedding. The easy access to the beach was perfect and by far the closest we have ever stayed to the beach. This condo would be PERFECT for little ones too. We have a 1 year old and kept saying how this would have been great to bring him considering how close to the beach we were and how chill it was on the beach never to the state park. Bed: very comfortable Space: very open Kitchen: lots of spices, and kitchen-wear Location: one restaurant across the street so something is walkable.

Peaceful retreat!

The accommodations were simply perfect! Plenty of towels, linens, sleeping options to fit our family! Close to the ocean was a must and being near the nature preserve proved to be just the quiet escape we were looking for on this trip.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS

I am always looking for a place that feels like a home away from home for my family of 5. The home is cozy and the layout is perfect. It felt safe. It is closer to the beach than I thought. We could sit on the balcony and the kids would run to the beach to play football. We could talk to them from the balcony. The beach was not over crowded at all even being next to a public access. We were all so impressed and would book this property again.

This is the place!

No surprises here, maybe better than the pictures! Everything was super clean. The view from the balcony's was incredible. You can't beat the location, even on weekends the beach was never crowded. Just a good feeling place to stay on vacation. Hope to stay here again!

Condo wasn’t as pictured… it was better. Communication and check in process with the host was spot on. The condo itself has all the amenities you would need to feel at home - kitchen has all cookware etc needed to make meals, furniture was all very comfortable and the tv has an apple tv so you can stream anything. Wifi worked well too. The location was exactly what we were looking for - close to restaurants and grocery but most importantly, it’s next to a state park so you have plenty of beach without inhabitants - beach felt nice and private. Overall, highly recommend this stay!

Lovely condo!

This is our second time staying at this property and we are likely to return. Location is great, close to everything but proximity to the state park makes it a relatively quiet stretch of beach. Condo is beautifully decorated and equipped with anything you need. Many good restaurants nearby. It's perfect!

We loved our stay! It was myself, husband, 16yr and 13yr old. The condo was awesome. It was well stocked with everything you will need, very clean, spacious and right on a PRIVATE beach. The only negative thing I have to say is the mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were small and flat. I would still definitely rent this condo again

We really enjoyed ourselves!

This is a great place. It has a lot of extras that really make the difference. Location - still close to everything but its a lot more private that Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Private Beach - There is a public beach access one lot over, but there are clear signs that keep most of the non-residents in the public area. The building only has 6 units. Full size washer and drier, newer appliances, and lots of kitchen appliances. Its very clean. We will be back.

Could not have been more perfect

If you want to be steps from the beach in a peaceful location, this is the spot for you. This property is right next to other small buildings and a state park, so no huge crowds at the beach. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. If you rent the closet, you will have chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards at your disposal. We look forward to renting this space again next summer!

So Perfect!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Right on the private, clean beach. We rented the storage locker and it had everything we could have needed. The house was beautiful and pleasant to be in. You can tell the owners really put a lot of thought into it. The neighbors were friendly and super helpful. Especially when we got hit with Tropical Storm Claudette and a surprise tornado warning! We had a slight snafu at check-in, but the owners were easy to contact and made sure the issues were taken care of. If we come back to Perdido, I hope this condo is still available. Thank you!

Beautiful

This condo was clean, decorated beautifully, organized and well stocked... I cooked every meal and this kitchen had almost everything I needed ! Also the spices that were allowed to be left were such a convenience! Felt like home .... ! Master bed was a little hard and deck was not covered but with all the sliding glass doors you felt like you were outside ! Courtney was quick to respond to questions and check out was a breeze ! Thanks Courtney!! We will be back
