The condo itself: A cut above similar properties. Furnishings are fresh and clean, the kitchen was well stocked and everything is updated. Has a Keurig as well as a regular basket coffee maker. The bed linens are nice. It appears this property may not have been in the rental market for very long because it doesn’t have that tired feeling. We picked it because of the view off the balcony and we’re not disappointed. Patio roomy with quality patio furniture enough for everyone in our large group to sit out there, eat, play board games. We all agreed being on the second floor was ideal because you could see over the dunes to the beach, but if you didn’t feel like waiting for the elevator, you could easily take the stairs.
The beach itself of course was lovely, but very crowded in this general area as there are multiple condo towers on this and neighboring properties. I’m talking about four or five rows of chairs, umbrellas, and tents on busy days. Get ready to be elbow to elbow with others. But I suppose that’s what you get when you rent at any condo tower. This is our first condo rental in a while for that reason. Having said that it was less unpleasant then I anticipated , and nobody played loud music or was otherwise obnoxious.
We rented this property because of the indoor pool and outdoor pools for our 3&5 y/o grandkids. But the shallowest part of these pools was 3 feet. The kids ended up sitting in the spa with their mom.
