The property is in a great location. We enjoyed being away from the busier beaches but close enough to drive into Destin or Pensacola if we wanted to. The condo was great. The kitchen had anything and everything you’d need to cook with. Thanks for letting us stay!

Summer 2022

This is our third time staying in this unit and it never disappoints! It has everything we need and more, feels very comfortable and like home. The ice maker is a must! We appreciate the keyless entry as it makes it easier to come and go. Beach Colony Resort is the only place we will stay when in Navarre Beach. As sad as we were for our time to end, we are already planning our next trip!

Spectacular Ocean Views!

We had such a great time in Navarre FL! This condo has gorgeous views of the ocean from the balcony, living room, & master bedroom! It was very clean and has many amenities. We saw dolphins, sharks, stingrays, crabs, & pelicans during our stay. We used their beach chairs and umbrella several days. Navarre Beach has soft white sand and turquoise water! We had a relaxing & fun vacation!

Lovely property with great balcony and views

Unit was clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again. The complex does not offer many amenities (other than pool) but the unit provided what we needed as well as lots of beach extras in the closet. Thanks for the great stay!

We had an amazing week, wonderful weather, spectacular views, and the condo was a great place to relax in the evening after enjoying the beautiful beach during the day. We love Beach Colony and this unit did not disappoint! We are already looking ahead to our next trip to Navarre!

Wonderful Stay

We loved this beautiful condo. The balcony was amazing (very spacious with a beautiful view). We sat there every night. It is fully stocked with everything you need for a week at the beach (chairs, boogie boards, etc) , spices in the kitchen and games for rainy days. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Construction, Construction, Construction!

I am an avid review reader. I rely heavily on other’s experiences before I book anywhere. This condo had great reviews, so we were truly disappointed. There was construction everywhere! Our beautiful ocean view balcony was completely covered in plastic. You could only see ocean if you were standing. My husband did not take much vacation time because he works from home. He was looking forward to sitting on the porch and working during the day but with the painting and noise, it was not possible. I also had a disturbing experience. I had just laid down in a bath when I noticed workers coming up the scaffolding outside the window. The blinds had been turned down to close but I didn’t realize that you could see down through them on the outside that way. (Who is going to think someone would look in your blinds when you are 15 stories up anyway?) As I began to wash my hair, I looked up and noticed two workers watching me. Horrified, I yelled for my husband and he immediately closed the blinds correctly. I was so thankful my 17 yr old daughter had not been taking a bath. A few moments later, the maintenance man came to fix a broken pipe in the master bedroom closet. If we had known so much construction was going on, we would have stayed somewhere else. We ran into some owners and asked them about it. They said they had known for a couple months now that this was coming. When we mentioned this to our owner, she reassured us that she knew nothing about it , yet she sent me an email with a copy of the notice she was given by the HOA on March 11th regarding the repairs -which stated that they would begin in Mar/April and last 6-7 months. The owner tried to imply that we booked before she knew about them. So, she didn’t have a responsibility to let us know??? We understood that we booked at the end of February but she she should have contacted us and all other FUTURE renters to inform them of the on going construction. This vacation was supposed to be our 26th anniversary celebration since we didn’t get to celebrate our 25th because of Covid. The owner tried to give us $ back so we could go to dinner. Really?? We never asked for any money back.. I am sure most would people would have or atleast a heavy discount. We made the best of it. We loved Beach colony but we will never work with this owner again. I hope this review helps, ESPECIALLY ANYONE who is booked here In the upcoming months.

Super Clean!

Upon our arrival, our first impression was that the entire unit was super clean! Everything was so neat and tidy. The kitchen is always the most important room in a home to me, and this kitchen did not disappoint. It was updated, clean, and had what we needed to cook the meals we wanted to make there. LOVE the ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and master bath. Amazing! We also loved the balcony with the furniture. We had breakfast out on the balcony every morning watching the ocean and listening to the waves. How more relaxing can you get than that? We were very appreciative of the use of the owner's beach closet that included beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach is very beautiful with soft, white sand. Some of the nicest sand we've ever been on. There are grills down by the pool for the guests use. We purchased charcoal to grill fresh seafood from Navarre Seafood Market, but, unfortunately, it came a downpour so we prepared our food inside. The lights were a little difficult to figure out. We never did figure out how to turn the living room light/ceiling fan on, but it was no big deal. The sofa has a musty smell, but maybe that's from the ocean/salty air? There is quite a collection of dvd's if you choose to watch a movie. We watched a couple and were appreciate of the owners having them there. The until also comes with a washer/dryer which we appreciated. We were able to pack lighter and do laundry while there. We were also happy about not having to bring dirty laundry home. Navarre is a quiet little town. If you're looking for the wild nightlife, it's not here. Destin and Pensacola are both a short drive away should one choose to go there. The owners have thought of everything in this unit. We recommend it and would love to come back in the future!
