The communication was great. Check-in and check-out was easy. The condo was excellent. It was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. There was a Publix close to the unit as well as plenty of restaurants close with good food (with the exception of AJ's). We highly recommend it.

Excellent location and amenities! Although there were a few very minor items that could use a quick update or upgrade the condo was overall great! The queen bunk room is incredible for large families! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time staying here. The location was prime right as you got across the bridge and near some great food places and attractions. The beds were all comfy. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items although it was missing basic seasoning like salt and pepper, oil etc. Check in was a piece of cake. We will be staying here again if we come to this area.

Above and beyond what we expected!!!

Nicest condo we have ever stayed it. Equipped with EVERYTHING you need for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Cooked most of our meals at the condo, no need to leave! The location is convenient in every way possible. Parking is so easy, feels like you live there, love the garage and door codes. Bunk beds are seriously SO cool. I wanted to sleep in there as a 30 year old adult. The updates and high ceilings are beautiful and make the space feel so much bigger. Honestly bigger than what it looks like in pictures. We have 3 couples and 6 kids and each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Chairs and umbrella were set up and taken down every day FOR FREE which was such a nice bonus. Don’t have to lift a finger.. Beautiful weather all week, rented a paddle board from the chair guys for 100 for the day, WELL WORTH IT! It was so nice for everyone to be able to get on the water without getting in, it was a bit chilly with it only being April. They picked up paddle board when they picked up the chairs and umbrella which was very convenient. We will definitely be back every year!!!!

Great place to celebrate Christmas with family!!

We had a great stay here celebrating Christmas with our family! What a great location & loved being on the first floor with easy access to the beach, hot tub, & pool! The condo has a very well stocked kitchen! Would highly recommend this place & definitely want to come back again! Great place & vacation!!

Would love to visit again!

We had a great stay at Azure 101! The condo is VERY near the parking garage, which made unloading very convenient. We found a clean, well-stocked condo with everything we needed. Our group was 3 couples & 6 children ages 3-16, and everyone had fun. Each family had their own bathroom. The king beds were WONDERFUL. The kids loved the bunk room. The queen bunks allowed for them to share comfortably. One minor issue was addressed promptly and resolved to our complete satisfaction. We LOVED being on the first floor at the end of the building. The pool was just outside our back door, but we still had privacy. The walk to the beach was short. We didn't even bring much with us because it was so easy to walk back for snacks, sunscreen touch-ups, etc. Our only "complaint" (if you can call it that) was the prohibition of hanging towels on the outside railing. We understand the purpose is to maintain the aesthetic, which is reasonable. However, the result is that towels are hung EVERYWHERE inside the condo - over doors, chairs, shower rods, etc. And that is both inconvenient for guests because they don’t dry and damaging to the condo owner’s property. There need to be towel hooks on every available wall inside the condo. This was a minor hiccup in a wonderful trip that we’ll remember for a very long time. We appreciate the efforts of the owner and staff to present and maintain such a nice property with such thought and care for guests. We would love to stay at Azure 101 again!

Emerald Coast

The view is spectacular. There is an easy and very convenient access to the pool and the beach. Wednesday night we walked to the fishing pier…much to our surprise, we witnessed a spectacular fireworks display. Apparently, they do fireworks every Wednesday night on the pier during the summer! We were fishing that night and stayed till 4 a.m. fishing We caught a ton of fish! The condo is the perfect spot. It’s located nearest the parking garage. There is plenty of handicap parking. We used 3 of them with our group. There are handcarts in the lobby to help transport luggage, groceries and other supplies. The condo is an end unit that is very private. It appears to be soundproof—my bunch was loud and no one complained about the noise. We felt at home in this unit. The 4 queen bunk beds are fun to sleep in after a long and hot day in the pool or beach. Each bunk had its own light. The other 3 rooms were spacious and comfy. The 3 full bathrooms were used often and at the same time. No issues with hot water running out. This was the Perfect place to spend Memorial Day week! Plenty of restaurants to walk to, so no need to worry about driving in Tourist traffic to find food. There is a gas station a block away. Publix grocery store a mile or 2 nearby! We give this place 24 thumbs up! Thank you!

The bad things: The master king bed was fine but the other two king beds were AWFUL. Mattresses were bad and beds squeaked everytime you moved. My daughters hated the beds. Wifi was very poor in bunkbed room. Only two dishwashing tablets, small dish soap, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for a week for 13 guests is awful. Only 11 glasses in unit that sleeps 14. Dryer took forever to dry. AC was very loud when it was running. Does need some updates to fix minor cosmetic issues. Good things: Ground floor, easy access to pool and beach. Large tvs in every room. Plenty of cooking tools. Gym. Messaged issues and very fast at returning call. Brought more glasses, got new remote. Did Not fix dryer or even try. Overall, it was OK. It needs new king beds ASAP.

Great stay!

The unit was very well stocked with kitchen items and linens. So convenient to walk right out to the pool and the beach. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room for all. I would highly recommend this for a family get together and I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.

Golden Unicorn

We absolutely loved it. Conveniently close to the beach and the pool. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and the pier. Roomy for our multi generational family of 11. Very clean well furnished. The queen quad bunk beds were a big hit with our granddaughters. Each bunk bed had independent lights. Well maintained grounds and staff was readily available. Inside the unit it was very quiet we could not hear others beside or above us. Ample parking with the parking decks. Lots of closets and storage. We have stayed at places were the owners had most of the closets locked. The gym was well maintained. Movie night and fireworks at the pier were a big hit with the granddaughters. We have been to the Destin area for years but never stayed in this area we already booked it for next year. There is no more hours of searching for me. That I am grateful for 😆. It had everything we wanted and needed.

Condo was VERY spacious and loved the location on the ground floor. Just a few steps away to get to the beach and pool areas, but in the end for a great feeling of privacy! Covered parking in the parking garage was a huge plus as well! The unit really did have all the amenities of home... the washer and dryer were really nice sized for a family too! We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of space for everyone's comfort! Will definitely be staying again!!

Coastal Vibe does not disappoint

This is our second year with Coastal Vibe vacations. We have enjoyed our stay both times. We stayed in Azure 101 this time. It was very roomy and accommodating for our large family.
