Arriving at 12 am they gave us a room it was fine after a few hours the bathroom was flooded it had a leak at 3:39 am I had to store all my luggage and move to another room which was in better condition than the first

We ask the guests to hang the notice on the door when they want cleaning and there must have been a communication error which I apologize that happened. Thank you for staying and letting us know.

La habitación estaba sucia, hasta con residuos corporales en el baño, a tal punto que me dieron otra que estaba muy sucia también... parece que en ese hotel las mucamas no saben pasar la aspiradora!!!

Al llegar la habitación estaba sucia Olía a cigarro las sábanas y estaban sucias. Pedí cambio de habitación y hasta el día siguiente me la cambiaron. Al salir me llego un cargo por 100 dólares mismos que solicito devolución. Mi estancia sería por 7 noches. Solo dormí dos en el lugar

Thank you for being our guest. It is upsetting when we have all non smoking rooms and someone breaks the rules, but we should have taken steps to fix the problem. I will make sure we make the corrections. I will look into the charge. You should have had a refund from your deposit. I'm sorry for any inconvenience you experienced.

Paredes rotas, usb no trabajaban, moul por todas partes y la del front desk me quería retener el depósito que hacen para cubrir los dańos de la habitación,, lo que tienen para el desayunó es una merienda para niños,,,

I'm sorry this guest was unhappy but if there is any damage that happened while staying, we have to use the deposit to cover it. They signed the registration which explains this.

Overall, decent place for the price. It seemed as if some people were living on the property. My mother-in-law got bit by something in the middle of the night as she was sleeping. She woke up because of the painful itching. The area was red and swollen. Did not see any bed bugs but it could have possibly been one.

Thank you for being our guest and leaving your feedback. We have many people who get bit by a no-see-um outside which are prevalent in Florida, which will often do exactly what you are saying. They sometimes take a while to get red and itchy. We had a guest go to the doctor telling them that they were bit by bed bugs and the doctor told them it was no-see-um bites, and the guest wrote to us and apologized. We have a few extended stay guests, but very few.

Thank you for being our guest and leaving your review. When you book a room, you are only booking a room type. The room is not assigned to you until you get here, because there are many circumstances where we have to move people around at sometimes.

The place was clean and looked nice, but the toilet was cooked, our room was positioned underneath the bright outside sign that still leaked light into the room, the beds were pretty uncomfortable, the vending machines stole money without vending, & the housekeeper didn't clean our room. I would consider staying in a better room at the back of the property with better beds.

The young lady that was at the desk when we checked was fantastic. We were stranded in Pensacola due to a car accident. We had injuries and did not get to hotel until after 2:30 am. She was so helpful and kind. Day shift personal were great as well. Made a terrible day much better

Not handicap friendly.
We had a very comfortable room close to parking. Everything was clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is it was not handicap friendly even though advertised as that. No bar to pull up near toilet and toilet too low for a handicap person. No adequate safety railing in shower. Bar was located at knee level making it impossible to hold onto when in shower. Bed was too high to transfer onto alone so had to be lifted into bed.
