Everything was wonderful and was enjoyed by everyone. Great house with a great view. Kitchen was more than suitable. My bed mattress was seriously comfortable. The only thing I would’ve appreciated having was a longer board walk to the beach. The pier/boardwalk was kinda short

Great house on the beach!

The size and location of the house was great! We felt like we had the beach to ourselves and our kids had plenty of room to run and play. We enjoyed the spacious living areas where we could all hang out together and not feel cramped. Having two refrigerators was key to keeping us from going to the grocery store every few days. We enjoyed our stay and have already booked our trip for next year!

A wonderful and memorable trip with friends.

We stayed with a group of friends and our children ranging from 6 months to 3 years old and had a wonderful time! The rooms were spacious and updated, the living/dining area was spacious, it was super helpful to have two fridges! We cooked for the whole group each night and had plenty of space and everything we needed. The layout was awesome, and we enjoyed hanging out both downstairs and on the back porch. You can’t beat a backyard steps to a secluded beach. We will definitely be back!

Traveled for a destination wedding

The property was perfect! We had a retired chef in our group and he was impressed with the kitchen set-up. Two generations from two families-had ample space to spread out. Very comfortable rental. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely and Comfortable for a Family Gathering

West of Eden east side was so comfortable for our large family gathering at the beach (11 people and still space left). There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, there was plenty of parking for 4 cars, and the beach was quiet and uncrowded since there were only houses around. The only challenge we had was that the kitchen was a little small for the number of people we had cooking (1 or 2 fit fine but not the 5 or 6 we had). However, having the huge table nearby helped us to have enough space to prepare all of the food. If we are able rent here again, we’ll just know to prepare a little more ahead of time. Highly recommend this beautiful and peaceful house!

Great place for a family vacation.

This place is perfect for our family of 16. There is plenty of room to spare in this luxury accommodation. We have stayed here for several years in a row. My only complaint is the rapid increasing cost. If we stay next year in 2022 there will be about a 50% increase over this year. I normally book for next year before I leave, but I am going to look around first. So if you can afford it, you will not be disappointed. It is a 5 star property.
