The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a great meal when you feel like eating in and enjoying the view. The dining room seats 6 and the living room has a sofa sleep that will accommodate 2 extra people. There is balcony access from both the living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the guest bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
