Lovely updated condo! So many things to like about this unit - nice, comfortable furniture, big balcony with beach and pool view - it easily sat all six of us. Well appointed kitchen, easy access to the beach and pool. And SO clean! All three bedrooms had a king bed along with three bathrooms which worked well for our group. Owner responded immediately to our questions. Great stay.

Perfect Condo Choice!

This condo - beautiful decor, more supplies than you will ever need (very thoughtful owner!). Not only is it second floor convenient but the place was super clean, well stocked (I know I said that but really - very impressive!), the beds were incredibly comfortable and the deck furniture and view were perfection.Suzie was a dream to work with - prompt and hands-on and excellent at follow up!

The condo is well appointed, worked out great for a group of six. Tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful view of the gulf from the balcony! Swimming pool area is well kept. Excellent communication with the owner!!

Paradise at Palacio

The condo exceeded our expectations in multiple ways. First, the furnishings are top-notch, and the kitchen is more than fully stocked with everything we needed or wanted. All we had to do was bring the food. The beds and linens were fantastic, and the bathroom towels were so plush that we wanted to take them home with us (we didn't). The owner, Suzie, was a joy to work with.

amazing in every way!

my family and I enjoyed a week after Christmas at Suzie's condo hoping to relax, cook, walk the beach, play games and just be together and reconnect. it was everything we had hoped for.....and more. It is located so close to the beach...just a short walk down boardwalk and your toes are in the sand. The heated lap pool was nice to have at this time of year. The amenities in kitchen couldn't have been any better.....every utensil, pan, appliance that you could ever need was there for our convenience. We all slept like babies in luxurious king sized beds with the best of linens. All furnishings were top of the line....and so comfy to hang for a week with your favorites. We loved that multiple grocery stores and restaurants were all nearby. Truly.....we could not think of one negative thing about this condo....it was really awesome! We plan to return again soon! Thanks Suzie for sharing your beautiful getaway with us!

Blue angels home coming show

The condo was excellent. Super clean and well appointed. Our group was three couples. We left the kids at home with their grand parents for Halloween for the first time. We stayed to be near the west entrance to the Naval Air Station. It still took us 3 hours to drive 11 miles due to traffic.

Absolutely Amazing

The owner of this condo is a sweetheart of a lady to communicate with. Her condo is absolutely beautiful, so clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen equipped to the max, beds were so comfortable. The patio had great furniture to relax and enjoy your coffee in the morning and watch the dolphins. This condo is literally your home away from home. We did not want to leave but had to go home. I have never stayed in a condo that was so top notch on everything. Just love this condo. We are already talking about next year. A must if you need a 3BD/3BA. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Fabulous Condo

This condo was perfect for our annual girl’s trip. Three large bedrooms with king beds and 3 bathrooms, a large balcony overlooking the pool, very spacious. Easy access to the beach and pool. I could go on forever. Would definitely book again.

Perfect!

Loved the up dated, upscale decor! The lanai had comfortable seating, plenty of space for the 5 of us, and was protected from sun and wind. Since I am 79 years old I chose this condo because of proximity to beach and few stairs. We definitely would choose this condo again!

Fantastic Accommodations, Amenities, and View

This was the first trip to the US Gulf Shore for almost all of our party and it was absolutely great! The owner had excellent communications regarding the property and was extremely professional and easy to talk with. Fantastic

Suzie was a great hostess and very attentive! Condo was perfect and just as described! We had everything we needed and then some! 2nd floor was perfect! We loved the balcony, breakfast, watching the dolphins in the gulf, having cocktails and playing cards at night! Beach was perfect and hot tub was great for the cool mornings and evenings. Also, loved The Jellyfish restaurant across the street! Would for sure visit again!! Thank you for sharing your amazing place!

Beautiful Condo!

This was our first family vacation with a 1 year old and everything was perfect. Excellent communication with the owner!! Condo was lovely with very close and easy access to the beach. Bedrooms and baths were spacious and plenty of room for 6 adults and a baby. Beautifully decorated and the pools were gorgeous! Unloading and parking was very convenient. Several restaurants to choose from close by and a couple within walking distance. Perdido Key is a lovely area with all of the amenities. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

October at the beach

This was our first couples trip. The condo was beautiful and was stocked with everything we would need. The patio was a great place for wine, charcuterie and conversation. October weather is amazing. We had a great time in this condo and made wonderful memories. The owners care about their condo and their guests. Would definitely stay again.
