Perfect Property!!

We stayed in 106 and couldn't have asked for a better condo! The condo was clean and well equipped with the space and amenities needed for our family. This condo was located on the beach and had beachfront views! It conveniently located next to the pool and had shops and food nearby! The host was very responsive and easy to work with! The property was clean and had friendly staff!

I loved our visit. The owner Ryan did an amazing job communicating with us and made sure that we had everything we needed. I communicated with him directly and it was awesome. The condo was beautiful and very clean and organized. We will definitely be back again!

Great value and location

Excellent location. Within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants. The condo itself is very easy to access from the parking lot and the pool/beach. There are a lot of security measures. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms are very generously sized. The furniture in the living area was comfortable for our family of 4 adults and one toddler.

Great week at the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The building was amazing and this unit was right above the pools and amazing view of the beach. We all had plenty of room (there were 4 kids and 4 adults and the kitchen was stocked well with what we needed to cook several meals. The owner was super easy to work with and the check in process was super easy. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back again!

Great location with amazing view. Condo layout was perfect. Bedrooms are evenly spaced throughout which is super nice, especially when traveling with friends and other family. We had one small issue when we arrived and Ryan IMMEDIATELY responded and was a pleasure to rent from.

Absolutely great place to stay

This place was one of the best places I've ever stayed. Great location walking distance to restaurants and 5 minutes from grocery store. We loved being on the 1st floor and not having to wait for the elevator, especially with little ones impatient to be out on the beach or pool. The balcony right over the pool was very nice. The place was big and fit perfect for my family of 4 and another family of 5 very comfortably. Very clean, kitchen had everything you need to cook and more. We grilled out on the grills by the pool 2 nights so those were a hit. The owner is very attentive and super nice. I had problems with my app and couldn't look up the check in information so I called him and he picked up right away and sent it to my personal email. We had such a great experience and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for accommodating our family. We appreciate all your help making this vacation a great one.

Family Vacation

The condo was clean and decorated very nicely. Plenty of room for our group of 8 to stay. The owner gave timely responses and answered via text and email with any questions prior to arrival. Check in and check out process was a breeze. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location of the condo being on the 1st floor during 4th of July week is a blessing also with easier access to pool and beach.

Perdido with the grands

This property was very spacious and well appointed. Nicely furnished. Had a great view from the balcony and although it was on the first floor it was a very quiet unit. No major issues with the condo itself except it could use a better toilet seat in the master ( it wouldn't stay up,you had to hold it). In spite of the weather and rough surf we had a great vacation at this unit. It was nice to be able to walk across the street for pizza or seafood and was located very close to other good restaurants.
