Our stay was perfect! Condo was exactly as presented and Anne (owner) was so easy to work with and so helpful and available to answer questions. We will definitely want to stay in one of Anne’s condos again!

Paradise on the Beach

This beautifully decorated, spacious condo has all the amenities needed for a great vacation! The beds are comfy, kitchen well equipped and resort style pools spectacular! Our family of 7, ages 9 to 83, had such a wonderful time and will look forward to returning to Anne and Jack's condo for years to come! come!ofthbesteverepspectacular

Excellent Place

This unit is great, stocked very well, seating in LR is perfect for visiting with friends and viewing the ocean, the balcony also has a nice seating for 4. The special touches that the owner provided are much appreciated, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay at her place.

Gorgeous, clean condo with stunning views

We had a wonderful week's stay at this beautiful property. The views were magnificent and the condo was tastefully decorated and very well maintained. Everything was sparkling clean and the beds were very comfortable. The owner met us on arrival and showed us the ins and outs of the property. It was our first time visiting this area of Florida and we will be back. Thank you, Anne!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed the condo and the surrounding area immensely. The condo was clean, nicely and comfortably furnished, and well provisioned with bedding, towels, and all the other things we all need. The location was excellent. The view from the balcony was completely enjoyable. There was even a nice breeze blowing almost all the time. It's close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and souvenier shops. It's also only about 5 miles from the Naval Air Base Museum, where we watched the Blue Angels practice. I can't say enough good things about Anne's condo. Go and stay. You will absolutely enjoy yourself.

Great beach trip

We had the best time at Anne’s Indigo East condo. The unit has everything you could possibly need… plus even things we didn’t think we needed but are so glad we had. She has two beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a bike lock available so you can leave the chairs locked on the beach corral the nights you’re there. The mattresses are top quality, the cleanliness is top-notch, and the condo layout was perfect for our large family. Indigo is a great complex. There are restaurants and a sundries shop across the street. Publix is very nearby. The beach wasn’t overly crowded, even over the July 4 holiday. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything was just like it is advertised, its clean and Anne is wonderful she will meet you when you check in.She answers all your questions, shows you around. There was'nt one thing that was wrong with our condo. We loved the area, this was our first time here and we definitely will be back and also use this condo.Our kitchen was big and it has plenty of cooking supplies and dishes. Anne even left us a goodie bag. She is so nice. There are 2 beach chairs and a umbrela from the condo to use on the beach. I could go on and on but come see for yourself you won't be disappointed

Anne's 14th floor condo was WONDERFUL! The place was clean and well supplied. The rooms were well placed for privacy for all the differing ages in our party. There were plenty of bathrooms for all. The furnishings were comfortable and really pretty. The decorations were amazing. The balcony was everyone's favorite part. The scenery was everything we could hope for. There was always a breeze blowing, so it was never too hot to sit out there and enjoy. The private entry right off the elevator was a pleasant surprise. There are plenty of restaurants and stores of all kinds in every direction from the Indigo condo too. We recommend Anne's place to everyone. You will like it as much as we did.

Breathtaking Views, Beautiful, Clean Property

This Indigo condo was everything we were hoping for and more. The corner view from the 14th floor is absolutely stunning. It was such a blessing to wake up and look out the immense windows of the MBR to view the Gulf, as well as the other views from the numerous large windows in the condo throughout the day. Anne and Jack are such gracious hosts. I asked for recommendations to some area attractions and they were more than accommodating. Anne also gave us some good recommendations on where to view the Blue Angels practice. Jack was there to greet us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the property, which was much appreciated. If you are looking for clean, this is the unit for you. I am a very picky "clean" person when vacationing. Anne and Jack's condo, and the Indigo property, for that matter, were positively immaculate. I didn't have to do my "once over cleaning" as I usually do upon arrival. The expanse and beauty of the condo and views cannot be measured only by the photos. The condo was HUGE, well-maintained, and the quality furnishings and décor were lovely. We are looking forward to a future stay at Indigo and will only book with Anne and Jack!

Fantastic condo

The condo is perfect. The location is fantastic; amenities just right. We didn’t really use the pool but it sure was beautiful glistening in the moonlight below. Anne is a wonderful host and I will definitely stay here again. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed.

Beautiful

Spacious, beautiful, clean condo. Great beach view. Lovely pool area. Super quick walk to the beach. The grounds are very well-maintained. All staff we encountered were sincerely friendly, and helpful. Window covers of some sort on the patio windows would have been nice - it got quite (uncomfortably) bright at times. Note that grills are charcoal only, plus a Green Egg. (No gas grills.) This building sits further back than some others, so although there is a view all the way to the sunset horizon, you will not have that far of a view to the sunrise horizon. The ONLY complaint (of sorts) that I have, is that the owner did not contact us after booking, other than sending two payment requests. (Which I'm sure were automatically sent by VRBO.) The day before check-in, I messaged for help/instructions. From that point, communication was prompt and friendly. It has not been my experience to not receive at least a welcome email/more personal contact at some point earlier. All that being said, we had a great experience while there and would stay again.

Home away from Home

Very clean, perfect setting, Amazing rooms, perfect balcony to sit out on with either silence or to talk with our friends that were with us. Everything provided as far as dishes, pots&pans to cook meals. Great location to go to the beach, close grocery stores, restaurants. We Rented this for our 25th Anniversary. Owners very convenient and respond to text, calls etc and give good recommendations and we loved it so we Will be back

Spring Break 2022

We had a blast at Indigo! We all loved the condo, the pool, the beach, the movie theater, and the restaurants near by. Anne had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. I would say that that the only thing we needed would be more places to hang our wet towels. This was minor as we had use of the washer and dryer provided for us in the unit. Thank you so much for letting us make memories in your most beautiful space!!!! Amy

Perfect place to enjoy the beach with family

We had a great stay with enough room for our family. Location was great. View from balcony was awesome. The Indigo complex has wonderful amenities with pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

Favorite in Perdido Key/Pensacola area!

This condo was absolutely fantastic! Spotless, well equipped, beautifully decorated. We have rented many times in this area but this condo is now our favorite and will be our #1 pick. The kitchen is huge with lots of storage, perfect for families or lots of friends. Beautiful views inside and out. The Indigo is Perdido Key's best kept secret but it truly makes a difference with an owner like Anne. We know because we just left her condo after 2 weeks and we are now at another condo in the Indigo and there is no comparison in cleanliness and pride of ownership. We wish we were back at Anne's Indigo!!!

Paradise

This condo may be my new go-to. We head to the panhandle at least twice per year, and this condo had everything we look for. The owner was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the layout of the rooms were spread out so that the adults and teenagers had our own spaces and privacy. We enjoyed family night in the private theatre. I took my morning run in the fitness center with a beach view. The restaurants, several within walking distance, had a very local vibe, and the food was phenomenal. Beach access was easy, down one short boardwalk. We spent our days on the beach, and enjoyed the beautiful pool or outdoor hot tub before heading up to get ready for dinner. The stingrays playing in the surf and dolphins swimming by while I drank my morning coffee on my balcony, started every day out right. I highly recommend this place! 💯

Wonderful Condo

Everything about this condo was perfect. Tons of room and very clean. They even had beach chairs that we could take down to the beach. The beach was nice and uncrowded. This was by far our favorite vacation!

Perfect get away

We can’t say enough great things about this property. Immaculate, gorgeous, beautifully furnished, A+ amenities etc... From an extremely easy check in, super comfy bedding, more than enough high quality towels, spotless condo with a fantastically equipped kitchen that made cooking easy to a beautiful pool with a private walk to a beautiful beach, what’s not to love. We could go on but we think you get the point. We will definitely be back.
