Unit is a great lay out with nice views and Barbara was great with communication! Mother nature didn't cooperate much during our stay but that had nothing to do with the unit or Waterscape and we still had a blast! The location is amazing!

Check-in was easy, covered parking nice, great beach location, heated pool, condo was well-equipped with a large washer and dryer. Definitely recommend for family of 5 or 6. Hosts very easy to contact and communicated well.

We had a great time at Waterscape A305! A friend and I took our two teenage daughters for a nice getaway the week of Thanksgiving. It was very low key, great weather, and the condo was well furnished. We had everything we needed without having to go to the store right away. Our host, Barbara, was wonderful and kept in communication with us when/if we needed anything. We enjoyed the condo itself and the location so much that I have marked it as a favorite in my notes and hope to visit again with my entire family.

The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The washer was not working; however, we were told about that prior to arrival and options were provided. The property as a whole was nice. It was close to a few great restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it was a nice place.

Great beach view, condo was well equipped and just as described. There were a LOT of families with children, so just a heads up if this is not your vibe. The pool/hottubs were so full of kids we chose to stay away but it was definitely a great property. Beach/restaurants/entertainment were steps away!

Accessibility to pool and beach were great. Host had a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella and other accessories on deck were a fantastic addition. After we figured out the parking situation it was all good and convenient. Short drive to grocery and liquor store which was great. Very nice unit.

Beautiful view and it had everything we needed for the stay. So thoughtful that there is a wagon on the balcony and beach toys to use during your stay. My son loved the extra stuff even though we’d brought our own. I liked where the room was because it was right by the elevator! Some people might not like that, but I thought it was really convenient and I couldn’t hear it at all. We love Waterscape!

Great stay at a great location. The pools were awesome, best part of the stay for the kids. The location is also extremely convenient for everything from restaurants, to grocery stores, and activities. The only part we were that pleased with was the condo needs a very deep cleaning.

Very nice condo. Nice location. King bedroom on left side of condo going in could use new mattress, not very comfortable and every time you roll over it squeaks. Door out to balcony in other king room wouldn’t lock- contacted housekeeper and she explained how to lock it. Might post that info on notes or near the door so others would know. Overall, good stay and would recommend it.

Wonderful vacation rental!

We enjoyed our stay at Waterscape 305A very much. This resort was very family oriented. Perfect place for family and kids! Our condo was great! Very comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen and baths had everything we needed when we arrived. The unit was clean and fresh.The bed was so comfortable. It had a very nice memory foam mattress that is similar to my mattress at home. I slept well! The condo is on the side of the building away from the pool and was very quite. I liked parking on the 3rd level in the parking garage and walking straight to our unit. The hall is long but no need for an elevator.There is a good view of the gulf and pier. The view is better than most on the side of the building but you will also see the side of the hotel next door. We used the elevators to go to the pool and beach and had no problems with wait times. The pools are fantastic for all ages. I have to say that the best part of this rental experience was the owner. She made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The owner stayed in contact with me from the beginning. She was always available for any thing we needed. We appreciated her recommendations for delicious seafood restaurants and things to do in the area. She was great at making sure we had all the codes and building information we needed. BEST owner and I would love to rent from her again!

The Waterscape A305 condo is amazing and surpassed expectations. The condo had everything we needed and items we didn't even know we needed but took advantage of and enjoyed! Communication with the owner was the best I've ever experienced with a rental property. Barbara was available when we texted or called and communicated necessary information early and often. We would definitely stay again and are now interested in checking Barbara's Gatlinburg property as well!
