"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. "The house was nice and it was clean but the listing was inaccurate. The house listed that there was a pool and a grill. I emailed about the pool prior to our visit since its still cold out and they said the pool was available to use. We arrive at the property and there wasn't any water in the pool. They also listed a grill was available to use. We couldn't find a grill in the house or even a community grill to use. We never heard back about the grill.
