The unit is immaculate! The furniture is in good shape and appropriate for the space. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen had all of the needed cookware and the appliances are new. Plenty of needed items were provided like garbage bags, dish soap, and even some laundry detergent. The bath had plenty of towels and the shower has shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash dispensers. I have stayed at the Emerald Dolphin many times over the past 10 years or so and this was the nicest unit we have been in! The host was also very easy to contact and responded quickly! I would give it 6 stars if I could.

I love staying in Pensacola Beach in the winter. This unit is very nice and the complex is located near everything beach and everything Pensacola. Great views, very clean and comfortable. Can't go wrong staying here. The codes can be a little confusing but it gets all figured out. Thank you for the memories.

Absolutely Amazing

Where do I start? Easy booking, quick response. The location is great! It is walking distance from a store, restaurant and the beach. The carts for luggage are top tier. I didn't have to wait for one. The elevator was a stuffy for the entire weekend. More ventilation is needed. The view was absolutely beautiful no matter where I was at the front door or the balcony. The lock on the front door was hi tech. I felt protected. I had some trouble with the keypad used when walking out of the property. Well maintained, very comfortable. The host was very attentive to our needs. I truly loved my stay at The Emerald Dolphin!

Stayed during the week. There was ample parking and the property was quiet. The 7th-floor condo was very clean and offered all the amenities we needed, including beach gear. Nice pool and the view from the balcony is awesome. Location is fantastic--easy walk to the beach, convenience store, trolley stop, and Peg Leg Pete's. Seamless check-in and check-out. Recommend 110%!

Family Beach Weekend

The location was perfect . You can just walk across the street to the beach and there was also a nice pool on the property . However the hot tub was closed down which was a little disappointing. The gate code we were given was incorrect , we communicated with the manager and were given another one . But later that same afternoon it had changed again and we couldn’t get back in . Luckily some other guests told us the new code .The condo was nice . However just a few things probably needed fixing . The shower door handle kept falling off in the main bathroom , the headboard in the master was not attached and the barbecue grill needed a good cleaning .Beyond that , we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views .

Condo was beautiful! Perfectly located across from beach. Stunning views! We loved sitting on the balcony. The pool was refreshing after a long hot day on the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great! Beds were so comfortable. My 2 girls even mentioned that they slept so well. Kitchen and appliances were in perfect condition. We had no problems. The host was quick to respond to questions and so kind. We would love to come back next year!

Property was in a perfect location. Close enough to walk to the ocean, delicious restaurants, or it was nice to sit in the balcony. With views from every window it did not disappoint. The condo was very clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Buzz the Beach

The property totally lived up to description and as said we did see dolphins from the balcony. Plus on Sunday the Blue Angles buzzed the beach just about at our 7th floor level.Pegleg Petes is good but if you want a less formal seating go donwstairs and ask for the marina side, you might see Elvis the resident heron strutting along the deck.To see Blue Angles practice on Tuesday and Wednesday go all the way to fort Picken it cost us 20 for an annual pass to all National Parks in America.If going oin car anywhere avoind busy times there is one road in and all along the beach which cam get bisy but at peak times thr trolley runs
