Perfect location, plenty of parking, lots of space! No complaints, but would suggest a few upgrades: new mattress in the master bedroom and a new sleeper sofa in the lower bedroom (both have seen better days). Lower bedroom was pretty musty as well? Could use a constant dehumidification unit. Maybe install keypad for front door as well since keeping up with 2 keys with 15 people was a bit of a hassle. Overall, you can’t beat the location and the short walk to the beach!! Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was fantastic. The rental was only a five-minute walk to the beach, where we enjoyed the soft white sand and incredible sunrises and sunsets. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly sized for the price. We had one minor issue with the door locks, but the host responded right away and fixed it quickly. We’ll absolutely book with this rental company again next year when we bring our family down.

Overall a very nice, well maintained property. While traffic on Via De Luna can be noisy during the day while sitting on the balcony, the inside is well insulated from all but the noisiest of vehicles. Access to the beach is very good and within a 5 minute walk from the property.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

My family stayed here for my son's graduation from UWF, and we could not have been happier. Check in was easy, the house was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was PERFECT! The kitchen was well stocked, and we had an amazing stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

Great Staycation!

We're from Pensacola, but wanted to spend a few days at the beach for a late summer "staycation." The house was beautiful, functional, comfortable and BIG! We had friends and family in and out all week so the large driveway/carport area was perfect. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the A/C was great! :-) A few steps to the beach and an easy ride to great restaurants. We had a wonderful time!!!

Wonderful vacation home

We spent a week at this property and ended with seeing the blue Angels practice show on Friday, July 12. Can’t say enough about the location and the size of the house. We were very comfortable with our party of 13 adults and one child. Definitely would recommend it. Check in and check out for super simple and everything worked perfectly. Thank you for the great stay!

Anniversary getaway with friends

The property and location was absolutely beautiful. Property was clean. Well decorated. Well maintained. the beach at this property was absolutely stunning. The sunrise and sunset from both the beach and the Bayside was wonderful. Excellent location within close proximity of all restaurants and bars. We look forward to possibly renting the property again. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The Perfect Getaway

This place was so accommodating for our large crowd! It was clean and spacious and the check in staff were very helpful. A short walk to the lovely white sand beach and a few shops and restaurants made it perfect for young adults and teens.

Our family had a great time staying at this home! The location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach and easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The home itself was spacious with an open layout and fit our entire group comfortably.

Annual Golf Vacation

Our group has been coming to Pensacola Beach annually for the past 27 years. This home was one of, if not the best, rental we've ever had. Everything was in working order, and the kitchen/dining/family room setup was perfect for us. We were able to comfortably gather all together each night to discuss the joys of golf. We had no issues during our stay and would rent this house again in a heartbeat!
