Great location!

This house is in the perfect spot with beach access right across the road. The set up was great for our group of 5 families. Plenty of space. The private pool was a huge plus and happy with it being gated to keep the kids safe. Would highly recommend!

Team trip

Our team came down to play in a volleyball tournament and we had an absolute blast. The rooms were way bigger than I had anticipated, we had plenty of space for all of our players to hangout. The pool was an awesome touch for those who wanted to swim but couldn’t because of Francine coming in the day we got there. Overall we had a great time and played well in the tournament too, so that was a plus!

Pensacola family vacation

The 14 family members had a wonderful time staying in Pensacola Beach. The house worked well for us - everyone had their space. We were a little spoiled from a previous beach house which had more bathrooms and two laundry rooms but it worked out just fine. We were just steps away from the beautiful beach. The pool made it nice for swimming when we chose not to be at the beach. Overall the only thing I would have changed is the decking and more comfortable seating on the deck.

Family Reunion

This home was a perfect place to enjoy some time with family. We mostly came from out of state. My 26 yo daughter said we couldn't have picked a better house for the vacation. We got the pool heated up and because of that some people went swimming in 65degree weather. And there is another frig downstairs which made it perfect for the cooking outdoors. Thank you!!

Amazing property

The property managers stayed in constant contact through text so everything went smoothly. House is huge and had more than enough rooms for everyone to spread out and enjoy the week! Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property for large family

We couldn’t have asked for a better home for our holiday family vacation. The layout allowed plenty of time together while the bedrooms were quiet enough to allow folks private/sleep time when needed. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook and it was awesome to have a gas grill on hand. Close beach access, an amazing porch and beautiful decor sure made it tough to leave. Huge kudos to the property team that communicated so clearly every step of the way. Can I give 6 stars :)??!

After Summer Fun

We came with 7 couples for a long weekend getaway and couldn’t be more pleased with the property and Gulf Coast Properties. The pool light out the first night and GCG came and fixed it very quickly! We received a new barbecue grill while we were there which was awesome for our steak dinner! The property was a great quiet location within feet of the beach access. Everything was very clean and stocked very well. We loved having 6 bedrooms all on the same floor. The extra fridge downstairs was great by the pool area! Pool was very clean! We will definitely book though Gulf Coast Getaway again!

Beautiful home & location

This home was beautiful and true to the pictures. It is in a perfect location and the pool is a great addition for little kids or for those rougher days at the ocean. Our family enjoyed this trip and we will use this property again in the future.

Wonderful property just across the street from the beach!

We had 8 guests ranging from 12-70 and this property was amazing for our extended family stay. Except for one couple, everyone was able to sleep on the main floor, and gather in the open kitchen/dining/living area. The kids' bunks are queen sized and our teenagers were able to sleep comfortably. The downstairs suite is roomy but is a little "cave-like" since it has no windows. It has its own air conditioning unit and was comfortable for our group, but do note that it isn't "walled off" like a bedroom (it has direct access to the back door, leading to the carport and pool). Having the second refrigerator at the pool entrance (but inside) is a wonderful idea as it lets you have pool beverages handy, and there is also a bathroom located right there. The outdoor shower kept the sand outside which is fantastic when you're at the beach! We ate most meals in, and the kitchen was stocked with everything necessary to cook for 20 people; two dishwashers came in handy. My only suggestions, if the owners wanted to make this home next-level, would be 1) an ice machine, and 2) more hooks/towel bars by the pool and in all the bathrooms. With only one bath towel per person, it's difficult to dry out the towels between showers!

Great place for a large family trip!

The house was great - exactly what we expected from the listing. The location being across the street from the beach was amazing! The pool was large enough for our big group to enjoy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat. The lower level doesn’t have any outside lighting - so you may need a nightlight or two if you’re staying down there! Otherwise it was great and management was really easy to work with anytime we contacted them.

Pensacola Beach House

This property had the least equipped kitchen of any property I have ever rented in over 30 years. There were no measuring cups and the knives were cheap and dull. Limited cookware. Not much silverware for a house advertised to sleep 25. Obviously, an investment property. There were only 7 chairs for the dining table and 6 bar stools. So only 13 people can sit and eat. The property manager was very efficient and prompt to respond to appliance and equipment issues. The ac in the lower level leaked and ruined several of my books. They did not offer to reimburse even though there was an upholstered stool under the unit. The house sleeps a big group well but doesn’t provide great ways for them to eat. The pool was great and the beach access was wonderful.

We loved this house!

Checkin was an absolute breeze everything done via text simple and smooth for a larger group of people traveling from 12 hours away. They even gave us a little bit of an early checkin which was so nice and very much appreciated. The house was beautiful perfect distance to the beach and plenty of parking for a group of 25 (didn’t have to street park) Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels. The pool was great just wished we had more time to use it. We are planning on using this house next year and hopefully years to come. Only suggestion the front master is somewhat warmer than the rest of the house bring and extra fan you’ll be fine!
