Loved the balcony, the condo & the resort. Property management co. was easy to get in touch with, quick to respond & friendly. Condo was clean & beautifully decorated. Would've left a 5 star review if mattresses were more comfortable. We'd definitley stay here again.

Loved Condo and Gulf View

Condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and awesome Gulf View. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook and plenty of bathroom linens. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Property management was very communicative making sure we were enjoying our stay.

Portofino trip 2024

Portofino never disappoints. The property is beautiful, convenient to restaurants, and close to the beach. Our view was beautiful and the condo was gorgeous. It was so tastefully decorated which made our trip very enjoyable.

Better than expected!

We had a wonderful stay! The photos don’t do the condo justice at all! The rental company provided everything we needed ahead of time and was easy to get in touch with. We received key cards and 2 assigned parking passes inside the garage. There’s a loading area with carts which made it easy to get unloaded and parked out of the weather. The location of the resort is set away from the other rental properties which made it feel exclusive and private with no crowds. We had the beach to ourselves and the water, even on a cloudy day was beautiful-we were able to see dolphins and rays all day. Each building has its own heated pool and hot tub, the main guest building includes a spa, restaurants, bar and both indoor and several outdoor pools. Even on rainy days, the view from our unit was breathtaking and unobstructed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which has plenty of seating. You will be required to leave a card on file with the resort when you check in-this allowed us to order food by the pool and pay for spa services and other extras without carrying a wallet around-staff will scan your keycard for any purchased. The condo itself was impeccably clean with all the amenities we needed. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. We parked our car upon arrival and never felt the need to leave the resort. We will definitely be back for another visit and will certainly use Beach Getaways again for future trips. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend

Beautiful decor! Very clean & included everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Loved the view! The resort amenities were wonderful. The spa, workout facility, numerous pools & hot tubs, restaurants & beach were all great! Every staff member we encountered was courteous, engaging, & service-minded. Additionally, the location was perfect- close to other restaurants, etc but located at a distance to provide a more quiet, secluded feel. Will return!

Amazing condo

Can’t say enough good things about this condo. It was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed. The 2nd bedroom beds were incredibly comfortable. Easy walk to the main pool and beach.

Portofino Resort is a Beautiful Property

The overall community is breathtaking! The service was excellent all over the resort. The ocean & sand were perfect. However, there is currently a huge jelly fish problem! Our condo was recently updated & beautifully decorated. However, the master shower had black mold all along the bottom, the guest shower did not drain well, the fan would not work in the smaller bedroom without the light on and overall cleanliness could greatly be improved (could easily see dirt under the couch, dirty rug). We had a wonderful time & know you can’t expect pristine conditions every time. That being said, we’d certainly rent this unit again. Beautiful resort!

NOT A GOOD 0LACE TO WATCH BLUE ANGELS.

Its 4.6 miles away. Beach chairs are overpriced and a racket. Dont buy all 3 days. Restaurants roll up sidewalks at 9. On a saturday seriously. Live here dont vaca here. Overpriced undervalued. Positive. Theres lots of beach towels but Vacasa is stupid. Never book with them again. Oh yea. Theres a resort fee you dont find out about till 2 days before your trip. Crooked folks down here.

Frustrated

I have stayed in many rental properties over the years, and I have never left a review. This unit is nicely decorated and very clean. It has a beautiful view as I believe all the units do at Portofino. The issue we had was with noise and management's response. It was necessary for my husband and adult daughter to work from the condo. We anticipated a relaxing, quiet beach vacation where they would be able to take work meetings as needed. However, there was jackhammering next door. I called to discuss and the person who took the information could hear the noise and told me so. The next day there was no construction, but the subsequent day it happened again. I called the rental # again and management returned my call. They said they had no knowledge or control of when nearby condo owners did construction. They could not move us to another unit or provide any type of discount. I asked if they would please contact the condo owner and ask if there could be some discount for the inconvenience. I was told no. They wouldn't even try to contact the owner to discuss on my behalf. How unfortunate. Once we rented a condo and the stove didn't work for one day. The owners told us before we checked in and had it fixed the next day. We didn't say a word or ask for anything - but for the inconvenience they gave us one night rental free. How generous! That's customer service!
