My family stayed here for a wedding and the location was perfect! Condo was clean and spacious and the views were fabulous! Loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom!

Amazing views of sunrise and sunset each day as well as ocean view down Ft Pickens Road. Condo is large and spacious with wraparound balcony.

Amazing place to stay! Beautiful views, clean home and well decorated! Will stay again any season.

We had a great stay and our condo was the perfect place to stay. It was roomy with good beds (each with their own bathrooms) -convenient and private. Best location on the beach!

Great View of the Ocean!

This was a perfect location for the beach. Very clean condo and the beds were comfortable. It’s an easy drive to the boardwalk.

Pensacola Beach 2023

Condo was great for our family! We had 5 adults and 3 kids 4 and under. The space was perfect for us. Views and easy accesss to beach were great! We also loved that we were not in the more hectic area of PCB. Loved that we could see pool from our balcony. Great trip!

Perfection on Pensacola beach

Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant booking and check in experience and the condo was extremely clean and very roomy. Access to the beach was super close and convenient and it was never crowded during our stay. Lori was very attentive and made us feel extremely welcome! We all had a blast and would definitely book this condo again if we get the chance. Highly recommended.

Weather was crazy windy, but we were at the beach...so who cares? Fun and pretty! Several Family members rented at Emerald Dolphin. Condo needs more seating, but it was clean and we enjoyed our stay, our family and the fabulous view. I think this was our 3rd time!

Great property - great management

This property is perfect for groups. Three bedroom, all with their own bathrooms. Large living area. Very large kitchen. The views were absolutely AMAZING. The best views we've had in P-Cola. The kitchen, unlike most units we've rented, was well stocked for cooking. The management group was super friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend both the property and the management company. We'll be back.

The check in was smooth and painless. All the information needed was sent the day of arrival, and it was basically walk in and make yourselves at home. The kitchen had all the necessities and is fully equipped with appliances and the in unit laundry room was a definite plus.The unit has a dedicated parking slot down in the garage which was convenient for unpacking and packing when the trip was finished.WiFi and four TVs provided for plenty of bandwidth and entertainment for winding down after a day at the beach. No negotiating for what watch.The view from the property gave us full views of the Gulf and Bay located about halfway down the peninsula right next to the convenience store and Peg Leg Pete's. The trolley stop directly in front of the property gave us easy access to everything and a day at the beach is only a 5 minute walk across the street. The beach by the property was outstanding so we pretty much spent our whole week there rather than becoming beach nomads like we usually do.Can't say enough except we'll definitely be looking to stay again for our next visit!

Beautiful condo, great location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo on the 12 floor. Sam was extremely helpful in the check-in process. She met us with a big smile and answered any questions we had about our stay. Our AC had an issue on the second day and a repairman was there to fix it within the hour! The space itself was absolutely beautiful. We loved waking up to the sunrise and would have morning coffee on the wrap-around balcony. Plenty of amenities and we even had beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys all provided by the host. The beach was literally across the street. Sam left us home made cookies on the day we were checking out and that was such a nice touch that made us feel appreciated as guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Wonderful stay in Pensacola - celebrating 47 years

We went to Pensacola to celebrate my mother and father in laws 47th wedding anniversary. We stayed at this property in the middle of September. The condo has been so well maintained, we stayed in this exact same property about 5 years ago, for their 42nd. The condo is excellent with 3 bathrooms, so nice to have individual bathrooms for 3 couples and one little one. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and I know sand must get into this condo pretty often! The only complaint I got for our Aunt and Uncle was that thier bed in the middle room wasn’t too comfy, but we were pretty happy with our bed on the far end of the unit. Nothing beats the view! We hope to visit again soon :) Sincerely, thank you for keeping an nice condo homey and welcoming. Cheers 🥂

Just book it

We booked this condo for a quick weekend trip to watch our college boys run a cross country race. Accompanying us were our parents so I wanted a 3 BR, 3 BA place. I hesitated on booking this place initially bc it wasn’t directly on the beach. But after seeing the positive reviews we decided to take it. The hostess greeted my parents when they got there and showed them around. I didn’t get to meet her but they said she was very accommodating. The condo itself is very spacious, the rooms are spread out so you feel that you have your own space. The cabinets were stocked with everything , plus more, that you would need The wrap around balcony offered a beautiful view!! The walk across the street was not a big deal. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice as well. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book again. Oh, and Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant was right next door. It was so convenient that we ate there both nights! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
