Perfect week!

From check in to check out - it was wonderful! Very close to the beach, lovely pool. All the beach supplies you will need or can think of. Everything was perfect! We had 14 all together and it fit us perfectly. Cheryl was wonderful and responsive! We try to stay different areas of Florida each time we come and this is one of our favorites and plan on returning!

Fantastic Home and Location

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The house had all the amenities we could ask for, and we especially appreciated the abundance of pool floats and chairs. Having the pool just steps from the house was a huge bonus. Would absolutely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice amenities. Lots of beds. Really appreciated the wagon with balloon wheels, extra chairs, covered parking, beach toys for kids. Kitchen was well stocked. Large living spaces. Nicely decorated. Always wear shoes in the grass- filled with sand spurs! Lots of stairs lolAbout a 6-8 minute walk to the beach. No view of the ocean.

Amazing Vacation!!

We stayed 4nights with our very good family friends and it was a vacation we will never forget!! With plenty of space for everyone in our group of ten, a full kitchen and a short walk to the beach we were able to rest and enjoy the company!! We will be back!!

We couldn't have booked a better place!

I'm so overwhelmed with positive emotions about this rental. The pictures don't do it justice. The floorplan and layout were clean and made sense. The bunk beds make you want to be a kid all over again (maybe we were!). The beach and pool toys were so thoughtful -- my daughter loved the little purse bag to collect seashells the best! The wagon, beach chairs, floaties... Everything was able to be used (not broken or misused) and there were even a few brand new unopened toys! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools (even a milk frother). 🤩 Check in and out were so easy. I would recommend and rebook again in a heartbeat!!! Well worth everything. Communication with the hosts were also pleasant and friendly! Oh... And did I mention the little turtles outside the balcony?! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Better than expected

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is better in person. It smelled so good when we walked it. It was pretty clean, very spacious and had an abundance of dishes & kitchen utensils. The beds were comfortable and we had absolutely no issues with it being hot upstairs like another reviewer stated. The large garage and all the beach gear and toys were so nice to have. Just a short walk to the beach, which was never crowded. Restaurants and shopping were less than a 10 minute drive. Great place to stay!

The condo was great for our stay. We had all ages and had everything we needed. The pool was right out the front door , the beach was an easy walk. They had pool floats, wagons,chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach. A Garage to park in was great ! No hot cars when going out. Cheryl was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Great multi family beach home!

Great location- this unit is located close enough to walk to the beach with ease and is away from all the businesses and restaurants. Trolley stops nearby. Besides a view of the gulf, which this unit lacks, this home has it all! Plenty of room- located just steps from the big pool- perfect for the kids! Nice garage, fully stocked with beach gear and toys and all the kitchen and home comforts you may need. Will definitely stay here again! Host was friendly and very communicative. Thanks for a great week!

Family getaway, delayed graduation trip

Was an impressive townhome with all one could ever need on vacation. Kitchen and pantry was equipped with anything you could possibly need, more than ever expected. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and two small children. Chairs for everyone on the balcony. Access to patio from balcony was a plus. All the beach or pool accessories were thoughtful and perfect. We had a great time and made some good memories there.

Best Place Ever

Our family has come to PB for years..this is the first place we have stayed that everyone agreed this is the one we want to return to next year! Perfect in every way, location, 2 pools, canal full of fish and turtles the grands loved and right on the beach! This unit was crazy perfect! Im not sure who stocked it but i think they thought of everything and more and it was so clean which is very important to me! We all had the best time ever and appreciate you sharing this beautiful rental with us!

Perfect for US

The most accommodating place I’ve ever stayed! Owners have went above any of my expectations. I travel to the beach (Gulf side always) yearly. The owners provided everything and more. The beach buggy and wagon for the littles were perfect for our short distance to the beach. The house provided all the essentials for cooking. To top it off the little things I normally must replace trash bags, dishwasher detergent etc. owners provided more than adequate supplies for our week long visit. I would highly recommend G3 to friends and family! Thank You Cheryl

Beach was A+ and a very short walk as listed. Place was spotless and appeared to be one of the neweri buildings. Host was efficient and easy to reach. Slept our twelve easily on very comfortable beds. We will certainly return.
