Great Location and Property

We stayed three nights with 5 adults and one teenager. The property had everything we needed except laundry detergent to start washing the sheets as requested. We had some with us in case we needed to do a load of laundry so it worked out. But that should probably be included if you want guests to start a load of sheets before they leave. That was our only complaint, so overall it was a great stay. You really do have the bay on one side and a very short walk to the beach on the other. I was concerned because my husband has some mobility issues, but he had no trouble walking the short distance. And our family enjoyed the pool. There also was no salt and pepper in the unit, but we had brought some with us. Just know that when you make your grocery order.

Great Property!

This property was great for us! We were there for 6 weeks, and it had everything we needed for a long stay. The location was perfect-an easy walk to the beach and located right on the Bay!! We plan to go back!

We enjoyed room. Very nice. Only thing coffee pot lid to pot missing. Almost impossible to make coffee. Book with pamphlets needs updated. We love the beach accessories! Thank you! 😍❤️

Just perfect if you want beach access!

This was the most relaxing getaway I have had in a long time. Water and beaches on both sides of the condo, close to good food and some shopping. The views were amazing, the property was clean, everyone was friendly and laid back. Communication with the property agents was easy and they always replies. We did have one cockroach…not a big deal and we were slow on understanding the keypad lock, but we got there in the end lol. Hoping to return in the spring.

Great Stay!

This condo was literally the best we have ever stay at on Pensacola Beach. We come every summer, but this was our first time staying at Palm Beach Club. Location was PERFECT! My son and his friend that came along even met new friends at the pool. Loved how our balcony overlooked the pool so my son and his friend could see if their new buddies were down there swimming! Gulf side was walking distance, literally a few steps away. Condo was clean. No complaints with us. We will be staying at the same place again next summer for sure!

Our first time in Florida

We had a great time....pool for the kids...bay on one side out back door which was awesome beach right across the street! Condo was very clean! Condos had a major water leak while we were there and had to shut water off but things happen and they had it fixed in no time....all in all we would come back and visit again. Quite neighborhood which i loved! Diffinatly would visit again!

Winter Getaway

Location was great, beach was just a short walk across the street if you wanted the ocean ( the waves) and out the back for the bay (calm). The unit was very well equipped, the back deck and porches were great for just enjoying the view.

Beautiful vacation

Perfect time of year to be at the beach, not so hot and humid. Lovely accommodations, the pool was lovely. It was quiet but just a short jaunt to the activities of the busy area if we wanted. Lots of great restaurants and shopping. Loved the condo.

Incredible condo with an unforgettable view

This condo was incredible, from the moment we were greeted on the property our experience was hands down the best. Super clean and well maintained property. Walking distance to the white sand beaches. Waking up and drinking coffee on our personal balcony to look out over the bay was exactly what we needed. Thank you for this amazing experience!

It was everything and more we hoped it would be!

The location is absolutely perfect! We were met at the door by Sam and she was great and pleasant! She gave us a brief overview of the property to get our evening started. The accommodations where very adequate for a family of 6. 2 in each bed then the pullout couch. No extra sheets or covers where provided for the pullout couch but luckily we had extras with us (found pillows in the closets but no blankets) It’s just as its stated we woke up every morning overlooking the beautiful views of the bay and walked across the street to enjoy the beautiful white sands at the beach! It was never too crowded, everyone was friendly, and each day the kids made new friends! When staying at the property they provided all the utensils but make sure if you are cooking or a coffee drinker bring your essentials such as oil/pan spray, sugar, creamer, seasonings, etc. No basic kitchen condiments are provided (although coffee and filters were provided if you like it just plain black) When dining out Peg Leg Pete’s is a must! The Oysters Rockefeller, Seafood Gumbo, and Cajun Fried Catfish where all spectacular! Tiki Boat Cruise was really fun and also the Dolphin Cruise! All in all my family and I had a great weekend and we will definitely book this location again!
