Our host, Kathy, was great. Amenities were perfect. This condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The ocean front view was spectacular. The proximity to restaurants was perfect. We loved being so close to Gulf Island National Seashore, Fort Pickens and the Naval Aviation Museum. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed here with my grandmother for a quiet weekend away and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We had coffee on the balcony every morning and saw dolphins! The location was perfect. There is a convenient store right across the street that had a great selection AND a very popular restaurant right across the street. Kathy was so kind and her communication was great. The place couldn’t have been cleaner — both my grandma and I were so impressed by how tidy and clean everything was. We felt right at home and will be booking again!!

Let me begin by saying this is the best condo I have ever visited and stayed in! The host, Kathy, was absolutely incredible. For me, communication is very important, and Kathy responded to all my questions within the hour — every single time.The condo itself was even better than the pictures. We arrived to fun Halloween décor, which made us feel so welcome right away. Everything was spotless and met all of our needs. The beds were extremely comfortable, the décor was outstanding, the towels were high-quality, and yes — the toilet paper was Charmin! (It really does make a difference.)All the amenities were amazing. There was a cute coffee bar, and the kitchen had everything we needed — pots, pans, cups, and bowls all ready to use. But the best part? The view! A true million-dollar view. We spent every evening sitting on the balcony, listening to the sound of the waves.The furniture was comfortable and perfect for lounging. The door lock was very secure, and the entire property was well-lit — hallways, elevators, parking, and the pool area. The hot tub was clean and so inviting.There is a Chair and Umbrella rental steps from the Condo, this made things very nice for us. If you’re like me and read every single review before booking, please go through them all for this property — you’ll see that everyone says the same thing. This condo is perfect in every way.Have fun and enjoy your stay — you’ll love it here!

The condo was spotless and decorated so beautifully for the beach. The view from the condo is amazing, and the water was just a couple minute walk from our room. We had a great time and are looking forward to staying again in the spring. Kathy, our host was so nice and helpful. Loved this vacation!

My friend and I had an absolute perfect vacation during our stay at Seaside Serenity. The walk to the beach was just a hop, skip, and a jump. The view was incredible. The condo was cozy, cute and clean. We will certainly be returning. Kathy was so kind and accommodating. There were many small touches at the condo that we appreciated from the stocked coffee bar to the Halloween decor for the October month to the beach towels for our use. This condo will easily accommodate myself, my husband and our children in the future. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely, clean condo in a well kept building. Great pool onsite, overlooking a beautiful beach, and a great restaurant right across the street. Heaven! We enjoyed our vacation very much.The only minor snafu was that when we booked the condo, the listing indicated chair rentals would be included. Turns out, chair rentals are only included during the summer season. Instead, we rented a set of beach chairs from the friendly beach attendant for the duration of our stay.I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Awesome trip

The location is perfect and so is the condo. Beautifully decorated with ample space and sleeping arrangements. We had all the comforts of home and it was stocked with everything we needed for the week. We watched the dolphins from the balcony every morning and walked to Peg Leg Pete’s for dinner. There is a trolley stop just outside the gate (free trolley) to ride the 1-2 miles to the heart of downtown. We do an August trip for my (grown) son’s bday week every year and will definitely be back!
