I am a Pensacola native and have been in many homes/condos on the beach. This place is outstanding! I will definitely rent again when family is visiting and we want to spend time at the beach. The condo is equipped with all the things that you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. I couldn’t recommend more!

This was our third stay at this property! Never disappoints! I highly recommend staying here. The only thing you need is your own food and beverage - the amenities are better than any VRBO I’ve stayed with. These owners make traveling so simple!

This was our second stay at this property, and we can't wait to come back again. It's perfectly situated on the quiet east end of Pensacola Beach with close access to Fort Pickens and either gulf or sound beaches. The unit is stocked full of everything you'd need for cooking or beach activities (cart, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.). The new, huge, two-level deck is amazing! We seriously cannot say enough good things about this place.

Great convenient location! Very easy access to a not overloaded beach! Had plenty of stuff to use if needed chairs, umbrellas, bikes, etc. very clean updated area! We had an amazing time!!

Perfect family vacation

Loved the condo. Perfect for kids 4 and 7, easy walk to gulf side, pool for nice afternoons and the bay side for sunsets and evening beach. Condo had everything we needed plus more. Beds were perfect and tvs everywhere to calm kids down before sleep. Thanks for a perfect vacation. Hope we can get this same condo for next year.

We love staying here. It has a beautiful view of the bay and easy access across the street to the Gulf. We enjoyed all the amenities and they have a brand new deck that we loved sitting on at the end of the day at the beach. They keep everything well stocked and are very attentive if you reach out. We already booked for our stay next year.

Fall Break

Another great visit at this condo. Great location to the beach and the bay. The pool is right by the condo. Patrick is quick to respond and is always helpful. Our family loves this spot and was the perfect getaway to relax.

Awesome - 100% Recommended

I could write a book on how awesome this place was and how awesome the host was too.. Communication was very responsive. The unit is fantastic.. and yes stocked with everything.. and i mean everything.. we're so use to having to line up linens, bring this & that.. etc.. not here.. it's all there.. provided.. even beach towels.. beach chairs, bikes, beach wagon, just name it.. I 100% recommend renting this place. I know we'll be back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Awesome Beach Family Vacay!

We came to Pensacola for my 20 year high school reunion, and the condo was perfect! We loved the location, especially proximity to the pool, sound, and gulf beaches! We appreciated that the condo had beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and lots of beach towels. The condo was well stocked with kitchen ware and even a grill. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Can’t recommend it enough!

Perfect location with lots of amenities

This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve used. Lots of games, beach gear, bikes, and outdoor cooking equipment. The blacktop grill was a hit, as was the fishing pier. It contains everything you need for a great stay.

Family spring break

We had a wonderful time at your home! It had everything we could have imagined needing and then some. The kids loved using the bikes and fishing from the pier. We were far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town and within walking distance of the beach.

Fall Break Family Fest

We had an awesome time staying in this fabulous condo! It was so nicely renovated and super comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. The Boardwalk is a great place to stay with various families. We had two beaches to play on! We will be back!
