The location is excellent, the furnishings are comfortable, and the house was very clean. I think the home could use a few more details, such as a few things in the kitchen--especially salt and pepper. There was no printed guide to the area or any books or games that we could find. I'm guessing this home is actually new to being a vacation rental, which is rather nice, actually. It was very comfortable for us, and as mentioned, the location on the beach is amazing. The water is just gorgeous, the most beautiful I've ever seen.

Cozy place right on the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had amazing views of the beach. We definitely hope to get a chance to stay again!

It was a weekend mother/daughter trip. Great access to the beach, corner unit so right by the boardwalk. Owner/management was very nice and accommodating when I got locked out of my email & could not get instructions on my way to the beach.

Had a wonderful time from the beach to sitting around on the balcony watching the waves. Great restaurants close by. Also love that it's pet friendly.

Awesome spot on the beach!

Very clean and pleasant stay at this condo with gulf view! We loved having coffee on the porch while watching the sting rays dance on the waves!

Perfect beach condo!

Loved staying here. Perfect for our little group. Loved waking up to the beautiful views. Spent our days on the beach. Then took the trolley over to all the restaurants at night.

Perfect Spot in Pensacola

This condo was perfect for us! We enjoyed the view of the ocean everyday and the awesome beach access! Condo had everything we needed! Beds and linens were so comfortable! Highly recommend this one! Perfect for couple or family!

So good rented a second time

This is the second time this year great place perfect spot beautiful beach, beautiful scenery very quiet place very private place with only four units. We’re going to come back twice a year.

Fall Break

Highly recommend Right ON the Beach! I took my teenage son and his friend and we had the best time. The location is perfect and the property manager was very helpful. Hope to return again sometime soon!

Lovely Place

This is a lovely place for a relaxing vacation. The balcony looks out over the beach and ocean. We had an incredible week. I highly recommend this property. It is conveniently located between Pensacola and Navarre. You really can’t ask for a more comfortable place to stay.

Girls trip 2024

This beach front condo was perfect! The view was amazing🌊 The beds were so comfortable and 4recliners in the living room with a view of the beach. The host was quick to respond with any questions and even left a few complimentary snacks. I will be rebooking this condo for next years trip!

Great location

Very pleased with the property and the owner’s prompt and accurate communication. Everything was great. I have told other friends about the experience and they are going to look into booking in the future. Will definitely stay again
