It did not seem well prepared. Appartment took a day to warm up, toilet did not work properly and needed to be fixed, and a loud noice in Master Bedroom was not fixed for three days. This made for long nights as we were not able to sleep due to the loud noise. Multiple inquiries did not solve the issue. For the price charged, this was a poor experience.

I had to fix the kitchen sink, it had no water pressure at all. The living room smoke detector was hanging off the wall with no battery. The master bedroom bathroom toilet would no stop running and the tile in the area was pretty gross looking and the toilet was completely lose. The bathroom towel ring came completely off the wall. No gas for the grill. And to top off everything the coldest day of the year 2-1-26 18 on the 17th floor and the power goes off at 3:00am. So needless to say we were freezing. 6 adults and two children 1-3 years old packing up and leaving at 6:30 in the morning because it was so cold. Oh and I almost forgot to mention when the power was on the heater is on top of the building and it’s so loud. It literally vibrates the wall’s so needless to say there is plenty of rattling going on. Not great for sleeping. We stay at the Emerald Dolphin ever year in Jan. and getting the penthouse we were thinking was going to be great but I don’t think I would stay in it again. Sam the host was very nice and none of it was her fault but I would definitely say it needs some attention.

We were late checking in so we didn't meet the host but access was easy. There were some maintenance issues that were handled quickly and that meant alot. The views were amazing and the master bed was excellent for a restful nights sleep.We enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Room was great with excellent views. 45 min drive to the base to see the Blue Angels. Could have seen them from a distance from the balcony. Plenty of space for the 7 of us.

Beautiful condo but needs some upgrades. The electric stove needs replaced burners not working properly and the oven took 18 minutes to preheat to 350 degrees. Refrigerator was missing some shelving. Third bedroom could use a queen bed instead of two twins. Also it would have been nice to have more than one towel per perso

Love this condo.

This is the second time renting this condo. I thought we would have the check in instructions text to us but we had to call and have the person meet us at the condo. But, I guess that is how they like it. Condo was beautiful with beautiful views. Great place to stay.

Perfect vacation!

My husband and I spent time here with our adult kids, it was everything we hoped! Clean, well maintained comfortable, with amazing views and access to the beach. The property management is friendly and welcoming and at the same time efficient and professional. This was a perfect place for our family to unwind and relax.

Short family trip

I was already familiar with the area since my sister lives in the Condo next door. However, I hadn’t been inside any of the units in this condo. 1750 was beautiful and very spacious! The views from this unit were absolutely stunning. Loved it!!!

The property was fantastic. Although we came in after hours the property manager sent all the instructions prior to arrival making everything seem flawless. We honestly did not have one single question. The Condo itself was clean and neatly organized. The views were also amazing and the convenience store next door made everything even more convenient. If we come back in the future I will make sure we look at this property before any other. Thanks again to all of the friendly staff, homeowner, and property management for making our vacation less stressful.

Fun at Emerald Dolphin

The online renting was easy to work. The place itself looked wonderful & was very large and well equipped with everything you would need. The only problem was a few cracks in the tile flooring which when we questioned, Surfside Properties assured us the owner knew about and they knew we didn’t cause any of it. They pleasantly replied to all our questions.

Family Wedding

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the property and its incredible views. The check-in process was simple and the condo was clean and had all the necessities. It was our first time visiting Pensacola Beach and I am certain we will return, next time when the weather is a bit warmer so we can enjoy swimming in the gorgeous clear blue water!
